Also, Kirsty usually wipes off the back of the foil with some gel residue wipe off solution so that it sticks more cleanly. Hope that helps for next time.

Poly gel is a trade name by gelish, acrygel is naios trade name the general term is hybrid gel and if you think it’s expensive getting things from the uk to the us you should try it the other way round

I am subscribed to Naio Nails too. I've seen her do encapsulation with Acry Gel before and she puts a coat of the topcoat on the underside of the nail to make it even clearer. Hope that helps!

If you paint a base colour under the foil like black or purple it works out better. Also wipe the back with gel residue wipe off solution

Naio Nails is an absolute dream to work with and so affordable 😍 for those who live in the UK or in Europe anyway lol (i’m from the Netherlands). It’s lovely to see people try out Naio’s stuff. You should deff try out their gel polishes if you ever decide to order again. Loved the nails btw 💖

I have the base and top coat from Naio Nails and its is AWESOME. I do my friends nails (with normal nail polish between the gel) and it's been on for over a week with no chipping. You werent kidding when you said the top coat is THICC

Before using a cuticle pusher, you should apply a cream/gel cuticle remover to the cuticle area, let it sit for the recommended amount of time then push the cuticles back.

I love foils too, but I learned from watching other KZfaq videos that if you put a color of polish as a base under the foil(under the foil glue too), it helps cover the flaws in the foiling

Wipe the back of your foil FIRST with alcohol!! There is a film on the back that gives you the spotty application 😉 TRUST ME! Plus using a water base top coat stops the crinkle or holes in your foil finish

The person who does the youtube channel is Kirsty Meakin she is an educator and is asked to judge nail competitions often . Kirsty doesnt own Naio Nails she actually does work for them and has gathered a fair amount of awards for her nail designs . I personally started to do acrylic and acrygel nails because of her tutorials and the many techniques she comes up with along with designs. I have used a few different brands for acrylic and i always land back with Naio simply because i find the powder to be better quality its not so gritty and i find its very easy to pick up a bead and once placed it is easy to sculpt . I hope you get the opportunity to try out more product from Naio they have a good selection of colours now in the acrygel range recently released you should check them out , your nails look ace and i really loved the color scheme you went with they dont look like easter eggs though just really nice nails ,

Love both sets I love the long nails what gluendo you use it seems to stick immediately. I have a lot of naio nails items the quality is amazing and I always use the acrygel its especially good for sticking gems on if you put the acrygel on then top coat before curing they staynon for ever x

It's best to use the gel residue on a wipe and clean the back of the foil first. Kirsty usually does this too. It helps getting the foil off better. Just a tip x❣

Try top coating the underside of the clear extension too. It can make a big difference in the cloudiness. Great video!

I really love the nails the second set I think they turned out beautiful and I love the glitter topper that you put on I use one from Sally’s and it’s called studio 54 it’s my go to when I’m just doing plain nails and I don’t know what else to do I put it on everything it’s clear with holographic in it

technically all polygel on the market is considered acrygel. Polygel™ is a brand name and trademark from Gelish the brand and people just started calling it polygel because of gelish. But it's a trademarked name so brands shouldn't technically use it for their versions of the Gelish acrygel. so the real professional name for polygel is acrygel

What you need to do to get that crystal clear nail look is to also put a topcoat under the nail. Cure it with your palm facing up too. That will create the look you're after.
