For my secret bases like that I do them underground. I put multi layers of : Obsidian, Bedrock, Ancient debris and ect. Then I decorate it and make sure it safe. Then I make secret bases in a secret base so I can go deeper or higher if needed.

I would have done is make parts of the main base underground and then part of the base on top of the ground so that in case for third ones that are like earthquakes or not means and stuff like that you have different areas to go in there. But also you'll be weird at the pending on what kind of disaster it is. Certain those stuff you're using like obsidian won't work so you got to have to use bedrock.

I would build a base all the way to hight limit because most of the disasters are on the ground 😊

I would build a base with reinforced deepslate, bedrock, obsidian, and maybe an immersive portal mod to teleport to the tower up above so I don’t get flooded by a tsunami. I would also add ancient debris and some sponges.

Probably and underground bunker that has layers and specialized areas for certain levels of survival with essentials like farming etc.

5 layers of bedrock, 2 layers of netherite blocks, a farm that is 3x3, an emergency bunker reinforced with reinforced deepslate, and 7 layers of barrier blocks and normal ancient debree protecting my egg/life source.

A reinforced deepslate and bedrock bunker below the surface of the world. It will have potions, food, water, farms, and furniture to make it comfortable.

A base to resist for national disasters would be underground and maybe try to get under bed rock with layers of blast resistant blocks and the earthquakes in sinkholes in your videos don’t go all the way down to bed rock so I be safe and I use water elevators to get up and down or maybe even ladders and the entrance on the surface will be heavily fortified.
