I actually struggle a bit with this blush too, I thought I was doing something wrong. I’ll try lighter and fluffier brush now too. Your look came out so ethereal at the end! Congratulations on all your achievements!

Erin what a lovely video!! Glad you are getting your ducks in a row with your LLC!!! I have to recommend a mascara: YSL Volume Effet Faux Cils it’s in the silver and gold package and tube. It is incredible!!!! I started using Clinique, Estée Lauder, and Lancôme from my mum as well ☺️ I loved all the little samples in the gift with purchases!!

Okay you HAVE to share what you’ve done over the past year for your skin and your current care routine. You skin is looking flawless, bright and even. No sun spots either. It’s changed dramatically. I honestly thought you had some sorta skin corrector or bb cream on before you started the foundation application. ❤

I LOVE my Haus Labs Pomelo Peach blush, I reach for it all of the time! Your makeup looked amazing today! The reason you may not have liked it could have been the bronzer.

I think it was the bronzer and someone else mentioned that since the foundation was dewy it probably held on to the bronzer/blush and I think that's what happened. It was a learning experience, I think with my normal products/routine the blush will be perfect! xx

I have used the Boxom in pink champagne for a good decade now and is truly my fav and works with most lipsticks as well !! Love my Givenchy concealer, I do have to apply more needing coverage, love the formula… just purchased the foundation the first day of the sale and worried it might be to light and the wrong undertone as well, with reviews all of them said it oxidizes so went with 3 instead of 3.5 I was shade matched with…. Odd I’m normally a cool undertone, but matched me to neutral so trusted it so we shall see as I’m sure I’m a few shades darker than you and also went with 3N but maybe you appear lighter than what you look like on camera…. I will make sure to wear a pore filling primer and moisturize prior to application

Yep, I grew up a 80s child and lived off of Lancôme, Clinique and Estee Lauder. Sometimes a few Elizabeth Arden makeup also. My favorite were the gift bags with a purchase, they used to be packed back in the day. Some Lancôme staple I still use are the under eye concealer and their waterproof eye makeup remover

You look so pretty! Love the make up and wish you the best with your business. I really want to pick up the foundation but one of the first few ingredients is denatured alcohol. I have sensitive skin and May be it’s not the best one for me. I got a sample with my new lipstick case so I’m gonna give it a try.

There is no Whitney listed in the Buxom Plumping shades on your link to Sephora. It is on Ulta's page though, under Buxom High Spirits Full on Plumping Lipgloss, as is the lip liner you used.

To be fair, establishing the LLC was a breeze! That was done the first week of January! It's been everything that follows... mostly tax/finance/bookkeeping etc. It's just tedious and so time consuming and this is a busy season for me content wise. I need a clone lol xx

I remember buying like $300 worth of product at 19, and literally leaving my makeup bag on top of my car and losing it ALL a few weeks after that😩🫣 hahah devastating! I returned my Haus labs blush. Everyone was raving about them and all good reviews but to me it just was almost too hydrating so it stuck to my face and didn’t diffuse out and did the exact same thing with my bronzer to make it look blotchy. Idk wasn’t worth the extra work for the price and I have others I like better. The colors are pretty so I was definitely bummed.

@@ultraviolettas I’ve got normal skin, somewhat oily in my T zone but my cheeks are just normal I’d say. I always prep my skin and make sure to exfoliate, apply skincare prior and always use primer so I’m not sure why I struggled with these so much

You should try highlighting your jawline with conceal instead of your chin, and put the bronzer on your chin a little. It wull suit your face shape better

French women do not cover up the entire face with foundation. The use it right on the spot where it is needed. They want their skin to shine through. That is why the formular is like so. French brands know that. If you want a full coverage I wouldn't use french brands. Personally I love a light coverage where it is needed. I am from Europe and lived for many years in France. I only use concealer to cover up. Over all I focus on a good skincare daily 👌🏽

I think the blush and bronzer just stuck to your complexion products. The bronzer is likely causing the muddy look. I’ve enjoyed a smooth and silky application with the blushes I have two and plan to get more if not all, but never tried that bronzer. I hate powdery patchy bronzers. The blushes work for me since my complexion is deeper. Keep trying the blush and see what you think.

I have a Guerlain foundation just a little too light for me, but under the eye I can use it for brightness and it's pure quality lasts well, doesn't crease. My current hero product is the Alpha H balancing moisturiser and gentle exfoliant. I am also after the Dior addict lip maximiser 🩷
