Testing Out HBO's Euphoria Glitters + Lemonhead LA honest review

Well, hello~ I bought the Lemonhead LA glitters that are widely known from HBO's Euphoria! Since season 2 is coming up, I know a lot of us will be drooling over the new looks on Rue, Maddy and co, so I decided to test out their glitters and do an honest review. I gotta say I'm pretty impressed especially by spacepaste in Houdini (worn by Rue in the winter formal) and spacejam in Lady Mercury (my wallet on the other hand, is not impressed). I hope this video can give you some insight on whether or not these products are worth the hype or the price for you!

jemi thank u for answering me I was wondering if you have white rabbit and tell me the differences between that glitter and Lady Mercury, I want to purchase one of the. I’m from Chile so the only way to know about how the glitters look is from KZfaq but I couldn’t find a video that compares them in a good way.

@@iridiscencia7423 Unfortunately I don't have white rabbit yet, sorry :( I'll probably be purchasing it later in the year though. From looking at product photos on their website, it looks like the glitter pieces on white rabbit will be bigger, but the glitter itself will probably be more sheer/shinier and be more multicolored depending on the lighting, similar to the adult film spacepaste.

jemi wow, thanks that’s a really great explanation, I already have adult film so I’m totally getting what you are saying but I want a more purplely one (idk if that word exists but whatever). I would definitely purchase Lady Mercury. Thank u so much✨

@@iridiscencia7423 If you want something more purple, I would recommend either Violet Hour spacepaste or Birthday Bitch spacejam :) Haven't tried them myself yet, but Violet Hour looks gorgeous!

Thanks for this video!!! Big question though, is there a dupe for this type of glitter like the Houdini for example?

Hi, yes, I think there are lots of dupes out there, though I haven't tried them. The space jam glitters have held up well after all these years, but the spacepaste like Houdini has become dry and patchy (making it difficult to put on), so if you don't feel like spending the money, I'm sure there are many other options out there! I know Elf has a lot of great glitter products at least.

Do you think the product is true to the TV show? I assume because you are willing to buy more it was worth it? Do you think you had any reactions afterwards? Like red skin or acne?

Hi, for me personally even though I only got a few glitters, it was mostly worth it (I just need a reason to go out of the house more so I'll wear makeup more often these days haha). I've never had a reaction with this glitter and I really appreciate the fact that it sticks well and is pretty easy to remove with water + tissue. I've personally never had any allergic reactions/rashes/acne afterwards, and I have pretty sensitive eyelids. The only annoyance was that there would be a small amount of glitter here and there left after I remove the glitter, but I do think that it's pretty accurate when compared with the looks in the show.

how well did it stick on? like if you tried to scratch it off did it stick or did it start to fall off?

The spacejam barely budges when you scratch, only the big glitter particles can come off more easily, but even those stick on pretty well once it's dry. Spacepaste definitely "sheds" more and doesn't stick to one spot as easily as spacejam. at 7:41 you can see me rubbing both pretty hard with my finger back and forth

for me when it dried and i touched it, it got everywhere and i don’t like it i recommend glitter from slayfire cosmetics because their glitters are biodegradable unlike lemonhead and so much cheaper and u get more product

Dont they irritate the eyelids? I have very sensitive eyes

I also have sensitive eyelids, but they don't irritate mine :) Just be careful when washing the product off and make sure to be as thorough as you can, but of course don't excessively rub your eyes. Off-topic but if you have sensitive eyes I would stay far away from a similar long lasting shimmer product from Glossier, I got a really bad allergic reaction from their stay-on eyeshadows.

@@jemi_ this is how I discovered Lemonhead! I googled her eye make up look and her make up artist confirmed that Beyonce wore a mixture of Houdini and dirty penny! I loved her make up at coachella!
