liquid death is for people who are mindful about bottles, but also pay a company to burn millions of tons of fuel to get you water from austria. i dont mean to be a karen, but its actually gross if you think about it. how about get a filter and bottle your own water? im 47 and ive never had anything other than tap water, and im in better health than 90% of the world. the sale of water is the biggest joke.

A small spray bottle of optimum opti-clean and a microfiber towel in a ziploc bag in the glove box is a great way for dealing with those random bird droppings... That stuff will etch the clear coat in no time, especially in the hot Cali sun. Love your vids!

Adam, keep some fresh parsley, thyme and chives in a lunch box in your freezer box. you can always use them to garnish your dishes.

Pleased to see the truck in action. Have no clue about cooking however lunch looked good. As for the bird droppings something like Meguiar's Ultimate Waterless Wash & Wax will lift that off easily on the move particularly if the truck has some form of wax or coating on the paint to shield it. Glad to see a change from always black attire. Thank you.

You need a pestle and mortar not just for pepper but any crushed/ground herbs and ingredients 👌🏻 pasta control is 1x portion = the hole in the middle of a pasta ladle 👍🏻 you should also look at a Kelly kettle for adventures with cooking and no gas cooker perfect for a e bike adventure 😁 also this reminds me of the top gear Africa challenge when you opened the canned area when Hammond was in the back of his Subaru Impreza wagon choosing his tin of Heinz baked beans to cook 😅👌🏻

In a pinch, a hard ceramic or metal bowl and a metal spoon can save you a trip to the store when you need some ground spice.

@@AdamSwords Great kitchen. Only two ideas for upgrades. 1) a counter like surface on the exposed half of the tailgate because it is too useful to not get used and eventually you'll stain that carpet. 2) A bracket to hold a big outdoor shade umbrella or other type of awning over the cooking area.

Adam, I'll bet you already had the means to crack and or grind the black peppercorns. All you need is a flat surface, the peppercorns, a small bag or envelop, paper or plastic, to minimize escapees, and a chefs knife to lay flat over the peppercorns, and then your fist to act as a hammer or mallet. You could also use a can or glass bottle to act as a rolling pin. Or even two small 2X4 wood blocks would do the trick. Easy peasy, bud. If you're going to dress like a chef, you might as well learn a couple of tricks from the chef trade. The store bough grinder is just another piece of plastic to end up in the landfill.

@@AdamSwords There is almost always a way to vegan-out a mixed dish recipe that includes meat. Pinto beans, lentils, TVP, extra veggies, PRESSED tofu (harder to find - but the mushy jello stuff made with fillers is an insult to real tofu), Tempeh (tofu's fermented cousin), nuts, peanut butter sauce, etc.

Lesson learned. Get one of those little battery hand blenders!! Will be great in the truck. Good Vlog Adam! I loved this one! Side note: I just got diagnosed with Parkinson's and have Type 2 Diabetes. How many carbs are in a Vegan type diet? I really struggle with meats, makes me go all kinds of whacky, so am interested in hearing your thoughts on a Vegan diet!

As many as you want there to be, I eat a decent amount of carbs (bread, potatoes and pasta) but you can easily go low carb if you’re so inclined

Adam what codec or render setting do you use on your GoPro? It always looks so sharp and crisp I have to be doing something wrong I’m just watching this in 1080 and it’s blowing me away

I shoot 4k flat then do a decent amount of sharpening, contrast and saturation in post production. Then I export at 4K with the highest quality settings (100mb/s bitrate target).

@@AdamSwords the problem with vegan is that it's mostly ultra processed. Our body doesn't recognize processed foods. Environmental reasons? I'm guessing your referring to climate change.
