The amount of fries in the fry box depends on the individual store. I used to work as a delivery person. So I spent a lot of time watching them prepare the food. Two out of the three McDonald's in my area actually have three different size Scoops for the fries. The other one only has the scoop that belongs for the small order of fries. They use the scoop twice for both the medium and large. So at that store it's not worth it to buy the large fries. I also got a lot of complaints from my customers when I picked up from that store because it was very obvious that they were short on fries when they ordered the large. The same went for the drinks. They either add more ice to the cup or the drink is significantly lower then is when you buy from the other stores.

I'm from Australia and I also really like hot chips with vinegar. I find that I can't eat them without it! Everyone judges me for doing it though. I try not to care though because I know it tastes good. I also find that it helps me eat more of them. I don't know how accurate that is though. Glad to know I'm not the only one who eats chips with vinegar lol

KFC confirmed on Twitter that the chips aren't vegan-friendly. The chain said: "Unfortunately due to kitchen constraints, our fries are cooked in the same oil as our popcorn chicken."

@@helenaspells871 I don’t think they’re that strict since they get fast food, most of it isn’t “vegan” by your standards. It’s impossible to expect fast food workers to clean the grills and use seperate oils for the vegan products every time

@@helenaspells871 potatoes in oil is vegan 🤷🏼‍♀️ it also depends on the location (McDonald’s fries are vegan in canada but not the USA for example) but like they’re not eating something non-vegan. If it bugs you that’s fine but it doesn’t make it not vegan.

Just for future reference, the KFC fries aren’t vegan. In Chester they have it written on their menu and don’t offer it with the vegan burger. I just thought I’d let you know just in case you go back for a burger 🫶🏼 lots of love for you all!

Depends on location. Not every location will cook them with the chicken. I’m sure they probably ask before hand they just don’t show that part.

I used to work at a Maccies and all of this will vary on which staff is preparing the chips, ordering them with no salt however us just annoying as you have to clean everything, get a separate tray
