You all have been asking me: what are the best drugstore waterproof eyeliner pencils for waterline (tightlining) and smoky eyes? Today I’ll be testing five smudge proof drugstore eye pencils and comparing them side by side. We’ll find out which is the blackest liner, which is the most waterproof, which is easiest to remove and more! I have pretty oily lids as well and haven't had an issue. Use a dry-ish primer beforehand to make it extra budge proof!

The Essence eyeliner was incredible but I had trouble sharpening it...even bought a new sharpener but it kept breaking. I ended up throwing it out...life is too short! Thanks for your review and I like the Infallible navy the best!!!!💕💕💕

I haven't tried either of those- it looks like the Long Lasting eye pencil isn't waterproof so that might be the main difference? besides the fact that it's retractable.

Great review. Just ran out and got 1 Essence and 1 L’Oréal. Fingers crossed they work and not smudge. I’ve tried other’s with no luck so high hopes after watching your review.

Essence Extreme Lasting is so far the best. Then Essence Longlasting and then L’Oréal Infallible Longwear. The last 2 are good, but still got some smudging in the outer corner of my eyes.
