I use the very gentle routine from cerave and the best acne treatment which does not irritate the skin called avene comedomed. You'll feel the difference in one day. I hated differin and tretinoin which were an aggravating experience. Your skin does not have to get worse before it gets better I don't agree with that global claim. I am also gonna check with a gynecologist if she can prescribe for me a DIM supplement which exists naturally in cruciferous veggies and balances hormones

you can not agree with it if you want but that doesn’t make it untrue. strong products such as differin and tretinoin are pushing out everything that will eventually come out your skin. after that, it’s prevents it. purging is aggravating but the results after are amazing

I've recently started using a cleanser and about two days after my face started getting red and flaky and my lips appear smaller they in fact did get smaller so i red that you shouldn't be putting it on your mouth and nose at all does anybody have any advixe on how i could recover my skin
