You are the ONLY one that shows what the makeup looks like in lowlight and I LOVE IT! I really appreciate being able to see what the makeup ACTUALLY looks like instead of it being blown out by super bright lights! You're the best.

Oily skin with dry patches/blemishes is the worst. I haven't found a foundation that's kind to both! Great vid em! 💕

Tori Furnell I used to have oily skin until I moved country and now I've got the worst dry patches as well as being oily. I did recently find a foundation that works really well though, beauty people lofty cushion foundation by a Korean brand so the shade range is terrible but it's got good coverage and a matte finish while being moisturising enough to not show my dry patches. Also the case is really cute and it's pretty affordable, about 17 bucks and refills are cheaper. I got it on yesstyle if anyone finds this helpful and wants to check it out. 😊

You are such an inspiration. I myself have very bad skin and I get made fun for it. it doesn't matter how well I eat or how clean I keep my face, it still break out. I really like watching your videos as it shows me that I don't have to have perfect skin to be pretty !

Have you tried using gentle products from French pharmacie such as Avene & LRP? They have special line (Avene Cleanance etc) for acne prone skin. They are not aggressive like many other acne products, that's why they're very effective

Hi Paulina, I know people with break outs is tired of advices, but since you mentioned even with diet changing an cleaning routine doesn't help, Have you ever tried accupunture? if you don't believe in that kind of things I respect it, we all have different views on medicine. But as someone with a persistent allergic dermatitis (misdiagnosed as acne), I tried accupunture and it really improved. the good thing about it is the no side affects and it helps you to really cure your skin in time. I don't mean to offend you in any way and hope you get better :)

Fran R Im interested in this. I notice that when I don't use soap or moisturizer I don't get breakouts but then skin gets clogged. I think I have allergic dermatitis. How did you know yours was dermatitis and not regular acne. Also what kind of acupuncture do you get for that type of skin issue. Any information you can give me I would appreciate it so much. Thank you!

Oh my god. I love this company so much. Last christmas I got a set of mascara ,conseler and primer... I loved it so much... I tried one of them foundations a month ago... Was a completely fail. Looked so fake and felt so bad... Heavy and didn't look natural at all. I own dry skin. And for me to found a good foundation is so hard... But i all ready see how much i gonna love it ❤️❤️ cant wait to try !!!

I thought it was interesting that the cushion packaging was square, it did look very beautiful but still having a nice coverage! I don't like how it gets all messy on the inside though! Loved the video Em ❤️

I think it just works differently with different skin types :) I have combination skin, and it blurs away all my pores effortlessly (i dont swipe the foundation on though). The redness does come back after a day of uni (approx. 5-6 hours) but the foundation doesn't move around and I hardly ever need to apply powder. I'm also from Australia, so even in hot days the foundation manages to stay on during a normal college day :)) xxx

You should try the L'Oréal true match the us version in the shade w1 porcelain it's a lot paler than the uk version and it will literally be your new favourite is freaking incredible😍😍❤

Does anyone know if now that YSL came out with the Touche Eclat Cushion Foundation they'll discontinue the Encre De Peau Cushion foundation? Because the latter is my favorite, it works well on my skin (very dry with blemishes) and while the coverage is light I find it super comfortable and the color match for me is perfect.

As I know, the correct way to apply any cushion is to tab the foundation on the face, and to swipe where the part have obvious pores in order to cover up. :-) This looks good on you^^

For the price I think I won't buy this foundation because at the end of the day the skin isn't flawless as you want it to be ! I think there are better and cheeper options but thank you for trying this foundation for us it's a huge help ❤️

I have awful acne and i can't cover any spot with any makeup. I don't understand how you manage to do it because no matter what foundation or what concealer i use, it is always visible and i look awful

to be honest, if you have breakouts you would cover them with concealer anyways no matter what foundation you use, or thats just me. great video,love watching your first impressions! lots of love
