Hi Grace I know you are struggling with hay fever and are sensitive to lactose so you're avoiding the tablets but just wanted to let you know you can still take the antihistamine liquids. They don't contain lactose eg piriteze you can also get an antihistamine slow release injection which would Last the summer period 😘 ps Peter Andre has a reality series on KZfaq during lockdown with his wife and family it's on The Sun KZfaq channel (I know it's an awful newspaper but the series is actually quite good!)

Cooking is a bit of a crazy experiment...I once made "beer flapjacks" with the oats soaked in Bitter and then strained and left to dry out before using them with the rest of the ingredients...adds a different taste to the mix.
