I got an idea from the chocolate almond buttercups and made something similar! I put a small layer of oats in cupcake liners (in a tray) . Then I melted dark chocolate with a little bit of coconut oil and used that to cover the oats. I froze that for a few minutes and melted about a tablespoon of coconut oil then added peanut butter and chia seeds to that. Once I mixed all of that together, I put the mixture on the chocolate that was frozen and put that back in the freezer to set. Then I covered it with more melted dark chocolate and froze it. They ended up being delicious! I'm definitely going to make more soon! 😋
