Besides This whole drama of what's going on with the Spy Ninja Theme Park and this whole Cancer issue thats been going on with Chad, I actually do hope that the Spy Ninjas bring back Melvin, Regina and Alie very soon since the videos aren't the same without them around plus I'm pretty sure alot of us still miss them already and are wondering when will they return

I think how it works : they know what questions they’re gonna ask right? So they basically ask the up and down question first they can right up and wait for the question and just turn to upside down. And the others they will ask for the answer after the threw the paper right? So the next question they will write down they last question’s answer. I think it’s that :D hope this helped
