I had Vivant. Decent service like most competitors, but be warned, they make cancellation of auto payments nearly impossible. I had to cancel the credit card used to make them stop billing me.

@@spartanking1405 bundled w other home services. I was way past contract period and always paid automatically. Was a nightmare to cancel and stop autopayments. No live people to contact. Only automated bots

Wow we just got them and love them so much. We control everything from our phone from where we are. We can watch the dogs from whatever camera and always know what's happening.

once you sign them papers better pay it off cause you can't cancel payments even when they come take the equipment you still have to pay it off even without having the equipment

Not sure what your basing it on? I based it on the level of security hard wired vs wifi ect, and found it to be a very good security system compared to others

Just disarm your panel so that it will not be triggered. All sudden loud sounds can trigger the glass break sensor. Arm it before sleeping.
