I used to play basketball with a weighted ball I’ll do 3 sets of crossovers 3 sets of 10 on layups (left and right) then I’ll do 3 sets of 10 free throws then I’ll do 3 sets of 10 around the world at the 3 point line. After that I’ll take a 30 minute break then grab an official game ball and do all the sets all over again. Doing this made my jump shot lethal also my hand eye coordination was significantly improved as well and I recommend anyone to try this.
