The next one should have been Ibushi. Never won the heavyweight title but became the Juniors Champion. He had won G1 last year, and he lost on Wrestlekingdom. If Naito VS Ibushi on wrestlekingdom is a thing, it would be great!

正直､試合内容その物は「ベストバウトか?」と聞かれたらそうでもない｡アラが目立つ部分も多かった｡ただ､ラストの花火といつも通りのキャラを貫きながらも両目を真っ赤にさせてバクステでコメントする内藤の姿見たら全部チャラに出来た｡

Please do a yearly event at Jingu Stadium! PLEASE! The outdoor stadium environment with the sunset in the final matches is something I loved since I was a kid. I used to think Wrestlemania 8 was one of those shows but there is still the sun shining through the top of the building. It is amazing and NJPW should have yearly events.

Knowing that he that he's a huge fan of baseball, and was a fan in the audience 21 years ago, and the way they screwed him out of his moment at WK made this all the more emotional for me. I teared up watching him watch the fireworks. I love New Japan. I love Naito. Long may he reign.

ヒロムちゃん鷹木ちゃんの防衛はストップしたのは残念だったけど、内藤ちゃんが一発で争奪したのは最高でした。レンタル期間が終了しただけってのもカッコ良すぎ!SANADAと武士がバレットを排除したのも連携が取れていて最高でした。後、新しいパレハが加入すればロスインゴ最高です。😁

EVILには否定的な意見が多いけど外国人選手が来日できずBCに加入して内藤の対角線上に立てるのは現状EVILしかいなかったし及第点くらいの働きはしたと思う。二冠王者ではなくBCのEVILとしてここからが本当の戦いかな。

Shingo and Hiromu lost their titles, Sanada lost KOPW, Bushi wasnt even part of the show, Evil isnt even part of LIJ and ended up losing to Naito, Only Naito got a happy ending today.

This was more of Suzuki Gun's best night so far. Suzuki won the NEVER belt; Taichi and Zack kept their IWGP Tag Belts; Kanemaru laid waste on a lame gimmick; Only Despy didn't get that lucky.

コロナの影響でビッグマッチ系は全て関西で行われて、正直東京の対戦カードは比較するとショボかったけど野外ということもあり、久しぶりにアツい対戦を生で見れました。こんな状況でビッグマッチを東京でやることは大変だったと思いますが、それでも開催してくれた新日本に感謝します。

今の新日本プロレスの選手で21年前の神宮大会を観戦して、そして21年後の神宮大会のリングで試合を出来た選手はどれぐらいいたんだろうか、、、少なくても、、、メインイベントで勝利してリング上で花火を見れた選手はただ一人だけ、、、そう考えると凄い運命だね。

I'm glad that Naito was finally able to do his double champion roll call...even if it's sad that Evil wasn't in the roll call now. And at least Naito got to end the night on a positive note for Los Ingobernables de Japon, given their bad luck during the night beforehand. I'm looking forward to seeing what's next for Naito, and who will challenge him next.

Glad to see Naito with the belts again. They jumped the gun way too soon with Evil in my opinion. I think Evil should have lost the first match and then turn on Naito adding more fuel to Evil's betrayal. Evil fights Naito again only this time he wins the IC title. Evil goes on to win the G1 by beating Sanada in the finals but Sanada gets revenge by beating Evil for the IC sometime later. At WK Evil defeats Naito and gets a proper reign.

Far better booking, but unfortunately Evil is just underwhelming as a performer, especially compared with his stablemates, and no booking is going to cover for that.

In the Tokyo Sports was written. Kenichi Yoshizumi the mayor of Shinjuku gave his ok for this event. Jingu Stadium Capacity 37,933.. New Japan was allowed to let 5000 people in for this event.
