From what I know, it seems that MIB doesn't count to things bought AFTER it. So you actually want MIB to show up as late as possible. Also, tech bot on the monkey will make it use every ability except teleportation. So if you apply a tech bot when it has like 20 abilities, they all go off as soon as their cooldowns end, which is nuts.
