Or just more 5* analyses. I feel like 6*s are almost always a safe bet to invest in, and in the process I'll know/figure out what they do anyway. 5*s on the other hand can have some really interesting kits, but it can be very hard to try and figure out whether they're worth investing in or not

I was thinking on giving more of a support role, something like that enemies around him get their defenses lowered by 20% and his clone 15%. Either instantly or It gets stripped by hits. And the debuff can stack with his clone so a total of 35% if you put both on top of the enemy. I think increasing damage his meaningless so he could be used to enhance the damage of other operators. The debuff needs to be different from fragile so It stacks on top of It. His new niche would be one shot comps.

Sure, "fast redeploy Skadi" isn't a thing anymore but Skadi has been redeemed as a very good 1v1 boss killer/lane holder with her S3 in a full abyssal hunter team (a team that can actually clear most content in the game), as she gets a MASSIVE HP bar with Gladiia module + Tidal Elegy (Skadi S3). If you want perspective on how tanky Skadi with S3 can be, she can tank the Steam Knight's full charged attack (lmao) and if you pair her with Unchained Specter, they can just take care of the Steam Knight by themselves with Gladiia and Andreana fighting al the other mobs.

Then just use Texas alter as operator if you either want to use her for fun of using her of if stage is really hard for you to go through. No one forces you to either use or not use her. Personally i don't rly want her in my team but ngl for lots of people she will be quite helpful.

Well, they're not entirely wrong. Texas alter is expensive on the DP side. Like insanely expensive at pot 1 (20 DP per deploy at some point). If you're trying to low-op something, texas alter can do so much, but also cost you an arm and leg once her skill duration is over unless your low-op squads don't need multiple vanguards to help increase dp generation because the map staggers the enemies. On the other hand, Phantom has DP refund on retreat with module. His clone still costs DP, but it's mostly made up with his refund. In hindsight, bringing both Phantom and Texas alter might prove to be better in terms of managing high amounts of DP cost. Phantom def got powercreeped, and his usage is basically in the niche category now for bodyblocking / double CC stall. He still has usage over Texas tho (like clone being able to be spawned elsewhere on the map, so you have more control), but for general purposes, Texas alter (and Yato alter) will be the ones that strictly focus on concentrated damage.

Phantom with just his S2M3'd does pretty good job killing things with or without his clone. Also sinse AK is +3 years old on global we can't pretend that DP generation is a problem 🤣 But for sure now that Texalter is gonna be a thing he without a doubt loses value to the point that if you have Texalter there's literally no reason to use Phantom or Red...could even make a case Gravel becomes irrelevant, heck all other fast redeploys become irrelevant. No need to bait attacks if EVERYTHING is dead AND stunned in a blink. Everything is so easy to brute force in this game. And the new operators just make it that much easier. *I'm not personally bothered by it* , it's just an observation that the content is getting easier because it feels every other 6* star operator is more ridiculous than the previous one. When do we hit the ceiling ? IS there a ceiling ? And tbqh i don't think we will get another surtr style character (high damage, fast activation, invincible, long duration, capable of bursting down 99% of all enemies) As powerful as characters like Texas alter are they are not as "braindead" when it comes to usage as surtr is, i think we will get high dps units but they will come with more complex conditions for the ideal damage levels, like reed having to sandwich the enemy

Waai fu is essentially useless, & pretty much the worse fast redeploy even with her Module, it barely puts anything viable to her, when compared to other fast redeploy ops
