This was the first meeting between these teams on CBS since the 1998 Cotton Bowl Classic, which was the last edition of that bowl game ever to air on CBS (the rights moved to Fox the next season, they are now held by ESPN as part of the New Year's Six).

Great stuff. Those 2 TDs in the 4th show the importance of playing till the whistle. Nick Harvey stopped giving up the big gain and Justin Evans just watched Olorunfummi get back up and run into the endzone.

LSU's shitty receivers and O-line should take some notes from A&M's receivers and O-line. Not to mention the piss poor QB play they had...
