Ex-lineman here and actually Centerpoint is not the problem. I hate to bring politics into this but as soon as Abbott and Patrick rolled up they're top priority was deregulating the grid / companies. So now you've got 1 or 2 supplying and a million different companies billing customers, make it make sense. So now only Cntp and Entergy have an abundance of linemen, but the service area has tripled 😡 So I'm sure with the profit you are blessed with, for a small kick back you can open Beryl Energy next week. 👍👍

I sold by CenterPoint stock today, had done well but think these investigations and possible reduction of territory will change CenterPoint's profit outlook. Locked in a $20K capital gain plus the $1k a year on dividends I have received over the last few years, I did OK with CNP but that is over now. Believe their problem is experienced Boomers retiring and being replaced with lower quality DEI employees, DEI is not based on Job Performance, uses a different criteria.
