You can squat around 100-150 pounds more with that wraps And with bench press shirts you can bench much more too thats powerlifting with equipment, most of the lifters are not really strong.

Im 20 yo deadlift 585 squat 560 and bench 375 all raw and natural at 225 which isn't impressive yet, but to put 1025 lbs on your back full r.o.m. IN HIGH SCHOOL....It is discouraging especially since I am the strongest in my college. But of course I wont quit. People have taken drugs for years to be able to do that. That dude is almost as strong as Ed Coan or Andrey Malanichev or Eric Lilliebridge in High school. with the suit.

Even though most of them probably are or have been on gear at one point, you can't deny that those lifts are pretty fucking impressive. Especially at their age. Most of the people in the comment section would NEVER dear to get under anything over 500lbs on the bar.

Most powerlifters- not all just some, aren’t athletic they’re just big and strong. Most can’t run at all. I’m not saying that this is the case with these kids but if you deadlift 700 pounds, and you’re athletic and can run then you’re a scary person to be playing against.

Crazy weight being lifted, but I'd like to see some of these lifts in t-shirts and basketball shorts. Lifts are impressive in pure strength, but taking into consideration the 450 pound bench presses, the bench shirts, slingshots, and only at max 1.5 times their body weight, those weren't super impressive, but still impressive regardless.

I’m all for geared lifting I’ll eventually transfer into it but the raw numbers are what counts. What you going to do in life if a situation comes up say oh wait let me get my suit first. Just saying. Either way it was interesting to watch.

Lol i love how yall say "steroids" but havent gone a single day to the gym in your life. Kids in Texas that play football eat, train, eat, train again and sleep man. And thats coming from experience. Euless, TX. Trinity high school. In there repping out 405 on bench like its nothing. Squatting over 600+ pounds. Drug tested every month. And yall wanna talk bout form?? Powerlifting rules is you must be parallel to the ground or below. Doesnt matter. And to me in this video, it sure looks like theyre abiding by that rule.

Squatting 550 belt, sleeves, 700 single ply, within under 6 months from practically a 300 squat, can tell you learning gear isn't a joke. Your raw lifting? Belt, knee sleeves, wrist wraps. @ArtyMcfly001
@ArtyMcfly001 6 жыл бұрын
work the crap out of your lower back and butt, when deadlifting, keep your back straight and squeeze your butt. I can't stress enough how much you need to work your lower back, as for bench one key thing a lot of people do wrong is the don't squeeze their back together. when you're laying on a bench squeeze your back together like theres a penny in the middle of your back and keep it squeezed all the way through the lift, that'll up your bench a good amount of weight
