@pookiecatblue they would certainly be on the popular podcasts if they were invited. Rectenwald has been on a bunch, but it's been a while since he was invited to a big one.

Newsflash: Big names in media IGNORE and SLANDER LIBERTARIANS. They don't invite us onto their shows. Is this literally your first election as an adult? That said, Dave Smith mentioned Michael Rectenwald THREE times during his last appearance on ROGAN. So it kinda sounds like you just weren't paying attention.

There is no constitutional amendment required to free most people from the income because it does not really legally apply to most American citizens. The income tax only applies to the following 3 groups, 1) foreign nationals earning money in the USA, 2) foreign businesses earning money in the USA, and 3) American citizens earning money from outside the USA. Read "Income Tax: Shattering the Myths" by Dave Champion for more details on the true limited nature of the income tax.

This debate has only gotten 529 views. You could be getting THOUSANDS of views if you guest on various podcasts. Get on Jimmy Dore, Dave Smith, Russell Brand, Sabby Sabs, Katie Halper, Glen Greenwald, The Hill, etc., etc. Nobody is going to vote for you if they don't anything about you or the party.

Mike Ter Maat had a great point that RJK Jr is an old man in his 60s not interested in fostering a long-term successful political party, nor is he principled, consistent, or Libertarian. Libertarians have been growing a decentralized movement for many decades with extreme staying power. Your people don't give a darn about the We The People Party, they only care about big names like Kennedy, Bush, and Clinton and once a big name is gone, their interest will disappear.

If you're voting for the winner, you might as well vote for Trump or Biden. Libertarians understand that it's not feasible to win this election - only to build support and have a higher chance in elections to come. Compromising the values and principles that make libertarians libertarian just to have a higher chance to win will only stain their reputation and prevent them from garnering support in the future.

RFK, Jr. is a good person, in my opinion, but a big gov. guy. I heard him say gov. is the solution to many problems, decades ago. Among agencies, also get rid of NASA!!!

As a libertarian lady I appreciated the discussion on abortion. While Chase did say bodily autonomy, I want to make it very clear: no human being has the right to use your body against your will - your blood, your organs, your womb. We talk about right to self ownership and the unfortunate truth is if the state says I can’t have an abortion, they are violating my right to self-ownership. We wouldn’t bat an eye if an adult needed a blood donation or organ transplant to save their lives and that is a willful and generous even noble act to give part of yourself to another. A fetus has a lot of emotional charge around it. I wouldn’t exist today if it weren’t for an abortion. These are tough decisions… they are life changing. But we must begin with the premise that a woman is a human being who has rights over her own body (what would we say if an adult tried to steal an organ from her or plasma from her to save another life? Could she use deadly force to prevent that assault?). That is logic taken to its conclusion. I hope we can prevent unwanted pregnancies as much as possible. But I know too many stories of women who have almost died because that choice was taken from them by cruel treatment of doctors under these authoritarian laws. My grandma faced that before Roe v Wade.

For the sake of argument, imagine you have been eaten by a large dragon who happens to be as intelligent as a human. Imagine you are still alive but will die if you remain in the dragon's stomach. Now imagine police and surgeons surround the dragon and demand it allows them to rescue you via an operation that will save your life without killing the dragon. But then the dragon makes the argument that it would be a violation to its right to bodily autonomy if they cut her up without consent. The dragon reminds them that the whole digestive system is her body and property. As you can see, a few things are reversed. You are viable now but will become progressively less so over time, whereas a baby becomes more viable with time. Saving the person means surgery rather than a lack thereof. Neither of those two distinctions matter because they are insignificant details. Like it or not, this is your argument. You agree with the dragon that has eaten you, even if you don't like the choice the dragon made to eat you. Except in the case of nonconsent, a pregnant woman makes a choice, also. By having consensual sex, a pregnant woman sets into motion a life-or-death situation just like the dragon did. If you were eaten by the dragon, you would scream for help and would want to be rescued. A fetus might not have a mouth and it certainly cannot scream in defense of its livelihood. If you are inside the dragon, you have the unfair advantage of screaming, but the fetus is no less human than you are if you die inside the dragon. Your dead, digested body is still human and will be given a burial. An unfinished fetus is human but rarely gets a funeral or proper burial. "The fetus has not accomplished anything worthy of a funeral"? True but it almost certainly would have if given the opportunity. Explain to me why I am wrong.

"We must begin with the premise that a woman is a human being that has rights over her own body". The baby is 1. A human. We know this by DNA. It's not any other creature. 2. It has its OWN unique DNA that's SEPERATE from the mother and it's OWN body. 3. It's alive. We know this since it's 2024 and we can detect these things.. Your logic is pathetic.
