Why risk transporting it. Why risk getting caught with it by your local cops. Get you some THCA flower thru the mail if combusting is your thing. Still legal in TX for now. Even better is get a Puffco Peak (OG version is cheap) and THCA crystal at cannaclear. Again, legal thru the mail. @@jasonhaire8897 thca is real weed brother. its grown by someone with a hemp license. pre smoked weed is like 99.9 percent thca. burning it coverts it to thc. 2018 farm bill allows anything under .3 %. the flower will slowly decarb overtime and eventually reach above that percentage but that takes over 6 months usually.

I had a open prescription for 850mg hydrocodone and I was going through a bottle of 30 in 3 days. Until decided to switch to a so-called illegal drug. I still deal with pain every day the treatment stays the same but chronic pain is not recognized under the Texas Compassionate Care. Now Texas is trying to take Delta 8 and 9. I guess they want everybody strung out on painkillers.

It hasn't stopped any of us smokers for the last 60+ years & even though I live in NY state & it is legal, I will always continue to buy threw the black market. And I go that route every single time because the quality is 200% better than any dispensary has to offer in the entire state. Marijuana don't exist. First in English Common Law all laws must be clearly defined in the english language. If one word in a law is not a english word it means the law is automatically NULE AND VOID. They say marijuana contains THC. No plant contains THC. THC is created threw a thermal reaction of heating up THCA which them converts to THC. So again marijuana does not exist in English Common Law. No seed, leaf, bud, or plant contains THC on earth. Marijuana and Marihuano is spanish for a PERSON who is high. Marijuana is a person in spanish. Molta is spanish for hemp. Cannabis is a Arabic word for hemp. So even cannabis laws are Nule and Void according to federal law. You learn this taking English Common Law 101 in college. This is why mexicans get charges dropped for marijuana. All US Laws have to be clearly defined in the english language. So marijuana does not exist. It is racial discrimination for a judge to speak spanish in an English Common Law court and call a plant marijuana in spanish. The judges have to identify the substance in english which is legal hemp. The pronounciation of the J in marijuana proves it's spanish and VOIDS any US marijuana laws.

As a brand new hemp producer here in TX, it worries me how adamant some of our officials are about outright banning Cannabis in any form. I don't understand the animosity towards it. Texas marijuana laws are ignorant and extremely outdated. This is why I chose to move to NM. I don't like the liberal politics here but can't afford to spend 20 years in prison for a joint or pot seed. Oh well!

I think the ENTIRE USA needs to criminalize marijuana, and HEY I once supported legalizing marijunana I even sold it. But it seems that it made people ABSOLUTELY HATE ME. and you know what I think think they should criminalize weed.
