Super nice build guys, I really like this one. I've been in the hot tub industry for about 13 years, and it is a vessel with 50-80 holes in the shell. They are made by Humans and are subject to repair. A hot tub needs a good 24" of clearance all the way around it. The warranty will always state "The technician must have access to the spa". If he can't physically fit in the area to fix it, you don't have a warranty. You guys are awesome, and this is one of those topics that you'd never know until you know, how could you?

Love everything about this build! I think the only thing I would change is take some of the master closet to put a separate tub. Wife and I don't have nearly enought clothes to need that large of a closet.

This house is beautiful and I love, love, love this layout. The color scheme is perfect, also. ❤ I would use the bonus room as a sun room vs the hot tub.

Love your videos, and your builds! Could you add the "As Shown" cost. I know prices can vary greatly depending on finishing work etc, so just the cost breakdown of the homes as seen would be a great help! Keep the videos coming, love all the builds! 👍

We are getting plans to build a barndominium but in Lubbock County. Wish you guys came this far north and west but will find a builder. There are lots of Mennonites near us. Josh, I think I saw you at Sheers Sporting goods this past weekend. If it wasn't you, it was a guy with a beard like yours. Love the work and I have to say that watching your KZfaq channel is what inspired me to build a barndominium instead of a conventional house.

Would love to see the layout and know the cost for Princeton home and garage/workshop. In North Ga now but want to build in Tn. How much land is needed. We dont need land except for possible circular drivewsy, house and workshop.

These barndominium homes should be 30-50 dollars cheaper per foot than a brick stick built home but because of their popularity, builders are gouging on price per foot. A barndominium in collin county in a rural setting should be 140- 150 per ft.

Sure. I think homes built with conventional standards should be cheaper because they use lower quality materials and minimal insulation values, which aren't designed to perform well. This inefficiency passes ongoing expenses to the current and future buyers. I also think home appraisals should include efficiency values in their calculations. When people start grading homes on durability and performance, not just square footage, they can begin to understand the advantages of one product over another.

Also if you tried to build these homes wjth brick and typical wood frame methods, with the shops/garage and large porches with same interior finishes you would be spending more money. If he Barndominium is accomplishing more for less essentially
