nice! I have a weird shape and can't get thigh highs to stay up on me for the life of me! I ordered a garter (sock) belt that just doesn't fit right. As simple as this is I can see it working much easier for me.

I know this is a dumb question- but how would you put it on? Would you slide it up over your hips like you would underwear (I feel like this would be hard due to the smaller piece of elastic at the top) or like put it on over your head and slide it down to your waist?

Kathleen McNatt The first way, like underwear. The garter belt is elastic, so the elastic will stretch. ;)

Princess OfFear You can do either one. I keep them on and just slide them down like underwear. If they are attached to a dress you kind of have to snap them off though.

AndyArtume I never make them myself. Sounds like a lot of work, hahaha. ;) And where I get them is either in local stores here in Stockholm, or through eBay or some other online shop. ;)

+crissy the cat Mine are still totally intact. But if you're worried, make sure to buy thigh highs with an enforced top hem, that is made to be worn with garters. ;)

@@saraaparicio7538 I mostly buy my knee highs from local Swedish shops, but a lot of alternative shops have them, if that's what you're after. Check online? With like Killstar, Restyle, shops like that.

Silvia Vazquez Well, the laying down V, is the base for other brows that I do. So the V is just a version where I only do the outlines and don't fill the brows in. ;)

Every tutorial i watch and no one tells me what needle/thread to use. :( mine just keep coming apart. Whole video shows you how to pin things together but not what you need to sew them properly.

I believe that I used a stretch seam needle and a thread that has some elasticity.

Binder clips are for paper, they need to be the kind of clips that are made for fabric use. Any crafts shop or sewing utencils shop should have them. They are also on eBay.
