I think I have a theory why Black Box, Concheror is a thing with the Pirate Loadout. The Black Box looks a little bit like a cannon you would have on a pirate ship and the concheror is a shell which pirates used to consider valuable in the old times. That's why it's a thing.

I used to be a pyro main (don't mind my pfp), and i can tell a lot of misc stereotypes. Pyromancer's Mask: Most people will think it's 100% furry, but not quite. But it's still used by those who like fempyro and other weird things. Last Breath: As average and overrated a pyro comsetic can get. Every edgelord loves it. Sight for Sore Eyes: This person is just realy, realy casual, and will defend that hoovy in the middle of a fight if it sees one. But tends to be somewhat skilled as well. Sub-Zero suit: Warpig for sure, wants to prove to his local medic that he is the best pyro ever and deserves a big pocket. North Polar Fleece: They probably use it with some average "cringe" cosmetic, but aren't that bad. Flamedeer: Now this cosmetic is the 100% furry. You just can't deny. Rail Spikes: You know this kind of pyro. It's like the pyromancer's mask, but worse. This cosmetic is nearly always on a flamedeer, pyromancer's mask or dethkapp. Torcher's Tabard: It's obvious that this person likes medieval mode, but tends to be skilled and quiet too. Sweet Smissmass Sweater: It's a cheap version of the north polar fleece. Soot Suit: This tends to be used by more skilled pyros that aren't edge/cringelords.

Stockbroker's Scarf. My buddy tells me whenever he sees someone equipped with it, it's always paired with the Foster's Facade and a completely stock loadout. They're usually pretty average, but when they do something cool, they often surprise themselves and talk about it in chat. Like, "Wow, I actually hit that airborne crit rocket deflect? :D" They also obviously play Killing Floor 1 and/or 2.

I feel like I can explain the Black Box Conch combo. Black Box: closest thing soldier has to a pirate cannon. Conch: pirates sail the sea and cross beaches, both of which have conch shells.

I thought everyone would explain this in the last soldier video but here we go: The pirate soldier blackbox thing isn't really about the bazooka, it's about the conch. The pirate theme works with the conch and the conch works with the blackbox so you get this roaming pirate thingy that's (theoretically) as good as escaping as Jack Sparrow.

As a Soldier main who exclusively wears the Team Captain, an Australium Gold Antarctic Parka, and the Shogun's Shoulderguard I can confidentiality say that everything said is absolutely true 100%. I have 2 Black Boxes and yes shoot at friendlies for my ego and to feed my strange weapons more blood. Your CTF games are not safe when I am around, as I will jump in and cap the last point.
