this is the only jeep, i accept chrome on, as long as its good ol chrome that can take a major beating, not that new stuff that practically flakes off after one winter. mirror back need to go but thats it, really brings out the old look with the chrome bumper

Finally, a new Jeep that I would buy. Too bad they will never build it. Too bad it doesn't have the VM-Motori 2.8L Diesel in it. I guess I will just keep my '91 Jeep YJ for the rest of my life. I'm okay with that.

Chrysler is sitting on a goldmine with the J-12 and the FC concept. The Gladiator concept of a few years back was also widely loved but never got built. Want to become profitable? Build these concepts already!

You can build this from a regular 4 door Wrangler.. buy the jk8 kit for the back and the action camper m715 front clip which is the front end

I had a Jeep J10 stepside and that thing was a beast. Maybe that's why I like this. Can you make a stepside?

As an FSJ lover, the Gladiator and the J10 are technically different. The Chryco guy saying "Gladiator J10" made me want to smack him. And the Mopar lift isn't made by TeraFlex... With that all said, I do love the truck, and would love to trade in my JK for one. And then park it next to my real J10.

love it, i want one. have had several jeep p/u's in the past, my favorites were my 1970 J3000(gladiator) and my 1978 J10 Honcho. I know the Honcho might look a little off on this J12 with that gladiator grill, but think it would look cool none-the-less ;)

learn your info bud, the j 10's didnt come around untill the 70's. it was the j 300 (hundred series) from the early 60's up until late '60s, the j 3000 (thousand series) thru the late 60's-early 70's untill AMC took over kaiser. then the j 10s were around. dont say it if you dont know it

I would buy one today. Jeep bean counters won't build it.

This would have costed some more money for Chrysler-Jeep to produce, but I think it would likely have made up for that in higher numbers of sales, thus being more profitable than the new Gladiator they have now. The new Gladiator Jeep has now isn't bad, just kinda disappointing considering we could've gotten this instead. Taking the Wrangler they already have now and sticking a truck back on in is cheap and lame in my opinion. There's no real effort involved, just extend the chassis and stamp out a few sheets of metal for pickup back. Any news on the new Grand Wagoneer by the way? I think it's supposed to be the same as the current Cherokee but slightly bigger and with the Wagoneer name slapped on it. They should at least make it with woodgrain sides, I mean it.

Needs to have a plain inside where customers can customise it with after market parts.....if they want to and to their own taste. Its the difference between the XJ and KJ , chalk and cheese, Jeep engineers take note, don't make the same mistake twice like dropping the KJ after 6 years, I owned both and I am talking from experience.
