If they could nerf the aggressive npcs in the gun parts selling mission that would be great, cause I swear they’ve found the perfect angle to attack and wedge the truck

Conversely, the shooting range is immensely necessary. Completing the different challenges in the shooting range increases your carry capacity for certain weapons, like c4 and grenades. True this can be completed at a friends bunker, so only one of you needs it, but it is easier to be in your own as it will take a little while.

I had an ammo sell mission with the top bunker and only had to drive to the ammu-nation right across the street. It was amazing!

I've been out of gta online pretty much for like a year or 2 and now that i wanted to check the game out again i was just looking for an updated bunker guide for 2023, but since i didn't find an updated video from you i had to settle for other youtube guides and then you go and upload this literally the same day! 😂😂 This cannot be any more perfect!!

The most crucial thing about the bunker is how much of a different location makes. If you're going to grind it, trust me from personal experience is worth it to move. Farmhouse is the best location but Chumash isn't bad. They're just a couple of sale missions that are much better off at farmers

Do not buy the upgrades as they do not get transferred to the new bunker when trading in your current bunker for the new one. Use the free paleto forest bunker to unlock research items. If you want to speed up the bunker research, you have to be on the street and call agent 14 and request bunker research, which is a very easy mission that tells you where the juggernaut is so that you can kill the juggernaut and collect the research data (that the juggernaut contains) and deliver it back to your bunker and by completing this mission (cooldown 20 mins) you will increase the research bar by 20%.

You forgot to mention that using a cargobob to do the ammunation runs is a lot faster than driving and getting shot at. Yesterday's video mentioned that it's bonus weekend for the bunker sell mission and ammunation runs. I've made a killing so far in 8 hours spread out throughout one day using the bunker and the hangar crate sales. Plowing through research missions to get all the good stuff that's also on sale this weekend. Explosives are on sale also.

We have the same bunker. I’m a big fan of the centralized location and it’s not too far from the city. Also nice for selling with the monster trucks because it’s in-between all 3 mountain ranges. Great video

i bought the farmhouse bunker when it was 50% off so I got lucky, and I don't regret it one bit because it really nice to get to the casino rally fast and doing any missions get done faster in my opinion and doing the weapons truck side mission is quite quick.

One more thing to add to the ammu-nation contracts, so if you own a cargobob, it will make it easier as you can pick up the ammunition vehicle with it. I normally complete far away bunker deliveries in under two minutes by using it.

Great video. You forgot one thing. You need to do about 20 resupple runs, to unlock all the mission in your MOC. And for the sell mission with the duneloader, you can use a cargobob to airlift it to the location

Quick tip for solo bunker selling: 1 full supply bar will always spawn 1 vehicle

you can use the cargobob to transport the truck in the amunation delivery. park it outside your bunker and start the mission after the phone call you can set a way point and get in the cargobob

There are only I think 2 1/2 sell missions that you can’t complete solo while also selling a full bunker. Those are the go karts/buggies, the insurgent one where the insurgents have 5 deliveries per truck and the monster trucks.. although depending on the drop location area, if it’s really close to your bunker, you can do it if you’re a good driver. So, if you see buggies or insurgents with 5 drops instead of 1 each, then just immediately hop into another lobby and you can start the mission over and only lose 3 individual crates ($21K).. or you can wait 20 minutes and get another full sale. If doing this in a public lobby and especially if it has a bit of people.. I don’t recommend it but it can be done if everyone is just doing their own thing. However, I suggest doing it as a ceo so you can have ghost if you need it. If you are doing this in a public lobby, ALWAYS be looking at your map for players flying straight to you.. if you see that, I recommend if you have time, park the delivery vehicle somewhere under/behind cover and get out so they can’t get an easy lock on kill and just try to kill them as fast as you can and yeet on out of there and try to get that delivery made as fast as possible. You could also pull out a flare gun and try to redirect missiles away from you but they can generally pop off missiles faster than you can reload and they’ll eventually get you. Always keep an eye on the delivery vehicles that you have to leave behind as well and if at any point you do lose some of your product.. just hop lobbies or force quit the game and you’ll get back 95% of your product. You should also be preparing for your return trip to your bunker after every delivery while you still have other delivery vehicles left. What I usually do is, if in ceo, I will just call in my ceo buzzard right before I make each final drop for that vehicle and then by the time I am done with that cut scene, I have a fast vehicle I can jump in to start heading back and I don’t have to wait for it to be delivered. If in a mc club, then I call my MKII right before I make the delivery and then when I get back to my bunker, I send it back to the garage after I get in another delivery vehicle. So I can call it again when I get to the end of that delivery. Sometimes if it’s a ridiculously far drop, I will even call in my pyro because it will be worth having to drive to after the delivery because then I can get back to my bunker in seconds. When I get close to my bunker, I will get 50 feet off the ground and just eject over the delivery vehicle because parachuting down is faster than trying to land and not crash. Then after I get in the next delivery vehicle, I will call to do the insurance claim if I will need it again after this delivery. When delivering solo.. sometimes trimming 10-15 seconds here and there can be the difference in a successful sale and failing on the last vehicle.. and when each vehicle roughly represents $300K+.. it’s worth trying to trim time where you can. It also only takes a little over 2 hours to run out of supplies so I would usually go back to my bunker every 2 hours and buy more supplies and by the time my supplies ran out.. the new delivery of supplies would hit and my bunker would never miss a beat. I wanna say it takes around 11-12 hours for your bunker to go from empty to full as well and it’s one of the best passive incomes in the game. I had made $300M from my bunker in a couple years when I was still playing.

I use that free bunker, ive never had a problem with delivery times its just a huge pain in the ass to drive up there every time

Not solo-friendly. Needs an overhaul where you just need one delivery vehicle if you’re selling solo. They did it with the Acid Lab, and recently the hanger business. They can definitely overhaul the bunker.

This is definitely the week to get the Gunrunning Tier 4 done. The 2X Payout and the fact there’s no minimum crate requirement means you can just sell sell sell. It’s good to go for the research too for those who haven’t done it but I’d rather wait til the money bonus is gone for that so you’re not losing profit.

If you ain’t worried about the bread, and you plan on regularly utilizing it the Farmhouse Bunker is much better than Chumash. For both Ammunation gun parts sales and the regular weapons sales

Blows my mind instead of making sell missions that *aren't* like pulling teeth, we all just get to reset endlessly till we get 1 of the two decent sell missions per business...

WHO IS HERE AFTER THIS WEEKS 2X MONEY AND 3X RESEARCH

For having zero costs with supplies, just colletc money from safe in nightclub and agency. It's zero cost because you just need to collect after certain time.

Theres actually a way to resupply for the bunker some extra before u going to buy it, the stash house which reset each day will give u a random supple to businesses that u own like cash factory or bunker, if u can make the cash factory's supple bar full, then when u come to stash house and stole the content, your bunker gonna got resupply more than a half bar i believe, but u gotta go fast and done that stash house before your cash supply is miss by any amount therefore Gerald gonna supply your cash factory instead 💀, save u about 20 to 40k which a good number for newbies to save also not a bad options for old guys too

To catch up on research, as part of my grind I would call Agent 14 for a research mission, which then takes me to the bunker for the drop-off, and so I'm right there to pick up the truck for the ammunation delivery.

The best sell mission by far is the one with three Phantom Wedges imo.; you can easily sell a full bunker solo with that particular mission. if you don’t get it right away, you can close app and see if you get it. If you don’t, you can just find a new session until you get it. if you want a full bunker you’ll have to wait a little while or you can just sell and take a small loss. Edit: it’s two phantom wedges. My bad

Honestly this is a great, as someone who had to basically had to grind two accounts (one next and one current gen) and someone who watches all TGG's guides, this nails everything that I have had the experience of with the bunker. Now having both accounts at the Cayo Pietro, Nightclub, Agency combo, I honestly don't use it anymore at least for manufacturing on one of the two accounts. Reason being is that the Bunker is a great business to earn you cash early on and seriously grow until you get to the kosatka. However, my issue is that you can't specifically see how many units or put a limit on the stock, so overflowing can happen if you leave it alone (with both upgrades and stack of supplies) at least in my time playing. Granted I'm a solo player on one account and have a friend on another account to help, so if you do have peers to help...utilize it with the bunker. Pretty much, I use it for research, definitely worth putting time into it early on but if you don't have the Kosatka or Agency....just do manufacturing. Great video TGG, love your guides, I've made millions on my accounts(2) with your guides, good luck to those trying the bunker!

I have found that you can spawn single vehicle sell missions with a max supply bar. It's all RNG. If I get a sell mission I don't like, I move to another session until I get one I like. You loose some supplies each time but the net loss is minimal, especially when compared to the time it would take to run the mission with the wrong sale vehicle type. I also grind the heck out of the excess parts missions as they are super fast and end at an Ammo Nation so I can restock on Armor when needed.

Before resupplying, do today's Stash House mission: there's a chance your bunker will get resupplied!

Bunker is definetly one of the best businesses, great for beginners too

Personally, I like the Rayton Canyon bunker. Not too much farther from the city, plus I like the scenery

@TGG you should add to the calculations the fact that you get almost most of the supplies money back when selling the excessive weapons parts that become available quite often and give you a lot of money back, so the 75K you invest in supplies is actually less if you deduct the excessive weapons parts payback, I never managed to calculate how often those appear and how much money you get back in the equation, but it worth taking it into consideration.

Your guides are super helpful like I started like last month and now I have all the business except for the facility, all the service vehicles except for the yacht and a couple armored cars

With the boosted research the research missions are actually worth it this week. Only if you haven't unlocked everything.

For the solo players, just switch lobbies until you get the 2 Phantom or the 3 Insurgents (there is also a glitch to spawn automatically but it doesn’t seem to work 💯) you might not get 1,3M every time but trust me it is one of the best business to sell in your weekly routine to get to Multi-Millionaire status.

As someone who has every business, many houses and supercars, i can tell you that you should always sell in a public lobby. Although there is a chance you get griefed, that 50% bonus is huge. It turns a 650k profit to 1m, and is just way more extra money. The chances that you even get griefed are not too high and if ur smart, you can avoid it sometimes( ghost org and under radar when you sense someone is coming for you). I have been playing for over a year now and have never sold in a private session, and i have only been griefed maybe 5 times. The last little piece that might sell you on public lobbies is to test the waters of the server first, check for jets, a lot of oppressors, and the kill feed, if you are in a large, stagnant server then that is the perfect conditions to sell, and that 50% bonus makes it feel way more rewarding.

Finally a good week. Just need to mix it with passive businesses like acid lab and nighclub. Payphone hits here and there and boom easy millions

You can lift up the ammuniton delivery truck with the cargobob. This makes it way easier to complete it

One trick i found in the Duneloader mission is to spam left and right whenever you go on a straight line. For some reason, doing this will keep the enemies from catching up and rear-ending you (if you do it right).

Protip for ammo nation sells: you can drop stickies out the window and time them to blow when Merryweather is chasing you, with a little practice it's like having mines equipped

If you go ghost organisation and then call Lester to go off radar when that runs out there is usually no global signal

Do not use the bunker to make money if you are a day 1 beginner, instead use the small cargo warehouses repeatedly to make good money as they will always give you the same sell mission which is the 2 brickade sell mission. Also don't forget that if you are playing solo, then stick to only 5 small cargo warehouses and switch between these small cargo warehouses and remember to pay your staff 7,500 inside your warehouse so that they can bring either 1 or 2 crates to your warehouse. This comment is only for day 1 solo beginners only.

If anyone can't be asked to pay for supplies instead of stealing them just do the daily stash house as it gives you a full bar of supplies

If everything is setup right raiding stash houses for supplies is the easiest most profitable method. 600 supply missions to have a chance at having a chance to unlock the alien tattoo 👽

4:46 alright here’s a tip. If you don’t have to much in the game maybe a club house or maybe something else than just source your supplies if you have the upgrades. I just got into gta about 2 weeks ago I’m only rank 50 and I just bought a fresh night club. I’ve been running acid lab source missions a lot and my best advice. Do maybe 3 or 4 source missions then just buy the rest of you have better things to do. Otherwise just do more source missions

I had the Chumash Bunker for a while now but now I’m sitting comfortably on 10 mil. I buy the best location + all the cosmetics when a business is on sale so it’s the Farmhouse for me

Definitely could see how if your a long time player the game is stale rn, however I just recently came back to it and have been really enjoying it, also thx for the guides they've been a big help

There's an important detail here that most players dont see: even though paletto bay bunker is far off the map, its the most safe area because players all mostly gathered in the city...if your bunker is in the city, you most likely get blown up by some idiot with an oppressor and lose ALL your money. I recommend doing the deliveries in a flying vehicle like an oppressor or helicopter and flying at HIGH ALTITUDE...most players don't chase you that high up It may take longer but without following roads in car you go across the map in time and even run away from enemy npc's helicopters. Other advice is: if you are being chased by helicopters with shooters on both sides.take them out but don't blow up the helicopter...he will keep following you but without shooting.good luck everyone i hope this helps👍🏻

If you're playing solo, you won't need to buy the security upgrade if all you're doing is buying 1 shipment of supplies and selling when it runs out. Your bunker will never have enough stock to trigger raids.

I got the Lago zancudo bunker and i also have the zancudo hangar, and my mc club house and counterfeit is just down the road

Should you always buy supplies... no, that is, not if you want to play the game and unlock all the secrets. Not only do you need to complete 600 resupply missions for the bunker to unlock the chance at the GTA online alien encounter, BUT... There is a random event military convoy that spawns that if stolen and delivered to your bunker gives you a 100% resupply.

Just a observation The day i brought security for my business was the day they kept getting raided it was a lot less when i didn't have them

for my solo players; 1 resupply = 1/4 stock = 1 sale vehicle every time. in a full lobby that will give u around $310k every 2 or so hours i believe.

No shooting range a must own in a bunker if complete the challenge u get explosion ammo like 2 Molotov, 2 nade, 2 nade launch and 2 rpg also increases throwable capacity

12:23 Or you request your personal Cargobob and hook the weapon transporter to him = no NPC attackers and fast uncomplicated transport guaranteed. I always do this and there is nothing better to quickly earn some money on the side.

Only complaint I have about the video is you didn't talk about how raids happen, how to avoid them, and how the security upgrade actually works. The old info was that as long as your stock is under 50% you won't get raided. Over 50% then there's a 5 hour timer (10 if you have security) before a raid might trigger. But I don't know if that's still valid info, or which activities reset the timer.

Someone already mentioned just find a new game until you get the sale mission you want but I wanted to also mention DON’T BE AFRAID TO SELL IN FULL LOBBIES, as soon as someone starts griefing you just find a new lobby or a quicker option is to disconnect your network (I just double tap the PS button on ps4 so it returns me to my last page-network settings). You lose a very small portion when doing either but the reward is much greater than the risk. I’d say I get griefed maybe 2 out of 10 sale missions. Also in terms of getting the sale mission that I want (semi-trailers or insurgents) I usually get it right away as well. I’ve made millions and millions this way.

I’ve recently gotten the phantom wedge sell mission, but there were two trucks and a 15 minute timer

Shooting range allows low levels who bought the bundle gane to increase their shooting skills to increase ammo capacity aswell as learning how to accurately shoot in game and figure out their proper aiming sensitivity The gunblocker is good if you have too many guns you can choose to show the guns you want to cycle through on your gun shell and hide the ones you don’t want while not having to re purchase the gun if you want it back

Also about selling guns to Ammunation: you can stay in one spot and kill the enemies and then proceed to drive to Ammunation. Itll be 6 cars in total.

I've probably set up the caio perico heist at least 100+ times now, hoping this breaks up the repetitive grind. I typically just take 15% of the cut as well because my friends had to restart and didn't have oppressors so I needed to help them out for awhile

The Ammu-Nation Contract Missions are on triple money and RP so you will get $150,000

Man, F those dune buggy sell missions. At this point, I just max out bunker and sell with wedge or good insurgent, it makes bunker super easy (especially from farmhouse). Mk noob makes it hella quick and easy to solo a full bunker.

Upgrage those 3 then buy the bed and the security cams (or do the controller spin thing) to complete research. (buying supplys once in a while). Then change to product buy one resupply shipment then sell then repeat (full lobby sells for around $300k)

Don’t worry about selling a full bunker solo, just find a new session if you get anything besides the phantom wedge or the insurgents that have 1 delivery per vehicle. You only lose 15k when you swap sessions so it’s worth it. Also make sure you’re session has at least 25 others, in my experience people rarely grief anymore but just be ready to ghost org if need be
