For those who don't have the Bacon Sea Salt, cook your bacon first and mix the Bacon Fat, Olive Oil, and Sea Salt together. And use that to season the Potatoes before placing them into the oven, it tastes amazing!!!!!!

They do! I love TGIF potato skins, but they've lost a little in the quality department in the last year or so. AB's look SO much better! And, you know the taste is screamin'.

AB, at 66 years old you have taught me to cook and love it. Your instructions are complete and easy to duplicate. I raised seven kids and always had a lot of ketchup in house. Lol. that looks SOOOO good, one of my many favorite bar foods (i drink at home so i consider it bar food LOL) along with homemade mini tacos, mozzarella sticks & buffalo wings, have a frozen margarita and frozen strawberry daiquiri & you're good to go! you did awesome with this. 🥰❤️

I make these all the time! My secret tip: use frank’s red hot buffalo sauce to sauce the inside of the potatoes before loading, use hormel brand MAPLE bacon (yum), shred the cheese by hand. Thanks for another incredible recipe AB!

This is so funny.... i stumbled across that episode of Martin when they were at the bar and Tommy & Cole ordered a bunch of food. The most memorable food item was the potato skins with extra cheese ! , however I never tried to or knew how to make them. Right on time AB. 👍
