I believe he may be using hold-to-crouch rather than a toggle

Also if you put two moving commands before pressing crouch it gets quicker on 2nd crouch and after

@Jeffro5564 Oh I meant in general. I tested the crouch speed of both toggle and hold crouch. Toggle crouch, even with button mashing, is so much slower
