Thai Airways had faced financial difficulties in recent years, but I had recently heard that Thai Airways has worked so hard to rebuild its service and trust. So I booked this flight to experience the current state of the airline.

영상 흐뭇하게 잘 봐주셔서 감사합니다😊보미님 말씀에 정말 공감되네요. 비행기를 타면 탈수록 생각드는 것은, 만족도가 높은 비행은 언제나 '정성과 진심이 느껴지는 서비스'가 있었다는 점입니다. 이번 비행은 그런 점에서 '타이의 밝은 미소와 환대'를 느낄 수 있었던 비행이었네요. 말씀처럼 어매니티도 좋았습니다. 요즘 한국 대형 항공사들도 방콕 노선에 어메니티를 제공 안 하는데, 타이항공은 훌륭한 구성품을 제공해서 아주 만족스러웠네요👍

Beautiful video that makes me long to fly Thai Airways again ! I have flown Thai Airways in Royal Silk (Business )Class and Economy Class between KUL,BKK and LHE. On all 3 flights the cabin crew were perfect and did thoughtful things just for me. If only Thai Airways would train the crews of Western Airlines on how to be gentle,gracious,polite and not paranoid of cameras. Thanks for this video and love from Manchester ❤

최근 파산으로 항공사가 없어졌다 생존했다 한다는 인터넷기사를 본거 같은데 타이항공도 그런과정을 거쳤군요😅 장수님 몇년전 영상에서 그땐 1등석이라 더 호화롭게 보였다지만 이번 비즈니스석두 1등석에 못지 않네요 어려움을 거치니 많은걸 알았는지 와... 승무원님들이 대하는 모습도 그리고 서비스도 최상급이네요 비즈니스석인데 와인여러병을 가져오셔서 테이스팅 시켜주시고 음식들도 1등석이랑 차이가 없는거 같아요 특히나 와인테이스팅 해주시는 서비스에 대해 놀라고 재밌다 느꼈네요 아무리 1등석이라도 저런건 못본거 같은데 장수님이 특별하고 진짜 승무원님을 만나신듯 해요 보면서도 부러웠네요 ㅎㅎ 근데 제가 장수님 입장이었어도 부담이 되는건 있었을거 같아요😅 어떻게 보면 저런 서비스가 부활에 의미일수도 있겠네요 😊

Yes, I totally agreed that Thai has the best crew who are always proactive and kind to passengers. They definitely know the way on how to treat the guests well. 타이항공의 시그니처 컬러인 바이올렛, 음료도 그렇고 특히 크루분들 자막을 보라색 처리한 게 눈에 뜨이네요. 단번에 45대의 787-9를 계약하면서 재도약하는 게 같은 스타얼라이언스인 아샤나 상황과 대비대네요. 이번 영상은 어떤 기내식이 나왔다, 이런 느낌보다, 비행내 겪은 서비스를 제대로 잘 담아내신 거 같습니다. 담당해주신 크루분의 세심하고 기분 좋게 하는 응대는 타이항공을 꼭 타보고 싶게 하는군요. 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 모두 이렇게 나아진다면 부산에 돌아올 때 적어도 한번은 꼭 타봐야겠다 싶구요. 탑승기, 그 너머에 있는 최고의 영상이었습니다.

As a Thai, I am very proud to see the comeback of my home Airline. Since the pandemic, all of the big aircraft like the a340, 747, a380 has been sold. We have also reduce amenity and food services. Now in 2024, I am proud we bought a lot back and it’s redeem its quality

Recently Thai Airways has taken 2 A350s that were flying in my home country airline, Azul. I have a long haul flight from London back home to BKK in a few days time and onwards via Thai Airways business class. It’s a 12 hour flight and I am very much looking forward to the experience. I’m interested to see how they deal with a strict vegetarian regarding the food (yes I have pre-selected!). Their economy class vegetarian meals have always been excellent. Still it will be very interesting to see what is on offer. You do represent how every passenger should behave to the onboard staff. I’m sure the beautiful service you received is as much down to your approach as anything else.

Flying business class London to Bangkok in a couple of months..this video has upped my expectations on what service I might get on the 12 hour flight! thanks for the insight..I am in 19A as well but on a 777 I think..

가격또한 예전처럼 싸게 내놓지않고 고가로 올라와 있더군요. 예전 타이는 그래도 비지니스 가격중에 리즈너블한 가격대 였는데 요즘은 거의 싱가포르 항공처럼 많이 올랐더군요..그래도 타이항공의 정상화 참 기분좋은 일입니다 심지어 서비스시 타이스타일 옷 안입으시고 정복입고 계신 분은 사무장급 혹은 당일 사무장 이십니다 정말 친절하시네요 와인 테이스팅까지... 정말 예전 타이항공의 서비스로 복귀 하는거 같아 너무 좋습니다.. 다만 타이항공의 고질적인 문제.. 한국어 엔터부재 입니다 또한 많은 이들의 숙원사업 엔터프로그램에 한국어 지원...하루에 비행기를 데일로 3편 보내는데 한국어 지원이 안되는건 많이 아쉬운 부분입니다...

최Steve님 영상 봐주시고 타이항공에 대한 상세한 내용과 함께 댓글 남겨주셔서 감사합니다. 정복 입으신 분이 사무장님이신 줄 몰랐습니다. 왜 이분만 타이스타일 실크 옷을 안 입으셨을까 궁금했었는데, 설명해 주신 덕분에 궁금함이 해결되었네요. 고맙습니다😊 말씀하신 IFE에 한국어가 없는 부분은 저도 예전부터 아쉬웠고 공감하는 부분입니다. 물론 일본이나 다른 지역에 비해서는 작은 시장이지만, 인천 3데일리에 예전에는 부산까지 취항했었는데 계속 한국어가 없다는 점은 많이 아쉽네요😢

I was starting to feel intoxicated. Such good service. I flew Thai Airways from Bangkok to Singapore in 2023. It was economy class. But it was a good flight and service.

타이 비즈는 여러번 타보았는데 탈 때마다 음식이 입에 맞지 않더군요...이젠 맛도 좀 바뀌었을려나요....서비스가 다시 정상화 되어가니 정말 다행이네요. 와인과 샴페인 서비스는 최고네요.

허클님 영상 봐주시고 댓글 남겨주셔서 감사합니다. 타이항공 비즈니스석 탑승하셨을 때마다 음식이 입에 맞지 않으셨군요..😢저는 태국 음식을 정말 좋아해서 그런지, 기내식을 대체로 맛있게 먹었습니다. 다만, 저도 코로나 기간 타이항공이 한창 어려울 때는 아쉬운 점이 꽤 있었는데, 이번 비행은 기내식, 주류 서비스, 어메니티 키트를 비롯한 모든 부분에서 만족스러운 비행이었습니다. 타이항공이 예전의 모습으로 돌아온 것 같아서 기쁘네요😊
