Thanks for this fairly recent upload. I'm flying out in a couple of weeks on Thai Airways and it's good to see a refresher of what to expect. I always loved the breakfast before landing at BKK in the morning.

Only one, I believe she is the Thai Airways station representative, the rest are contracted outsource check in agents

if flying business class do you have to que at check in to place in baggage? is it royal silk for business class?

Yes, you line up at Royal Silk business class queue, which normally not busy, can finish check-in in no time

EVA Air is running the same route BR 68 from Heathrow to Bangkok, I would definitely choose EVA Air over Thai Airways if it is for the same price

With prices now sky-high, sometimes Thai Airways is better value by a few hundred pounds. But I love Eva.

No, 3 class cabins in this 777, as you can see in the video, First, Business, and Economy, you can pay a bit more to do bulkhead seats on TG website
