Thai Basil chicken recipe Ingredients:
--Vegetables:--
*onion 50 gram
*red bell pepper 50 gram
*scallion (green onion) 8 gram
*thai bird chilli 4 to 5 pcs (chopped)
*thai Basil leave 5 gram (chopped)
*garlic 1 tablespoon (chopped)
--For garnish:--
*bird chilli for garnish
*fry some Basil leaves for garnish
*fresh Basil leave
--Protein--
*chicken breast 230 gram (thin slice cutting)
---Chicken marination---
*salt 1/4 teaspoon
*white Pepper 1 pinch
*cornflour 2 tablespoon
*egg white 1 each
*oil 2 tablespoon
*Fry marinated chicken for 3 to 4 mints only
*and then fry some Basil leaves for garnish
*fry all vegetables for 20 seconds (onion, red bell pepper, scallions)
---For sauce:---
Add ,
*cooking oil 1 tablespoon
*garlic (chopped)
*thai bird chilli (chopped)
*basil leaves (chopped)
Now add fried chicken and vegetables then add sauces and spices
*Mama sita’s oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
*Chicken powder 1 teaspoon
*Sugar 1 teaspoon
*White pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
*Fish sauce 1 teaspoon
*Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
*Water or chicken stock 90ml
*Dark soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon
*Cornflour slurry 1 tablespoon
*Blended Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
Garnish with fried Basil leave ,Thai bird chilli ,fresh Basil leave .
