For making thai curry. We put sweet basil or holy basil in Green and Red curries and we put them right at the end when you turn off the stove. We do not put tamarind sauce in the Green,Red,Massaman and Panang curries at all. So we put tamarind sauce in Sour curry soup(Gang Som) , Tom Yum soup and Coconut soup(Tom Kha) only. This is the way that my mom taught me how to cook in the kitchen when l was young. I didn't mean to correct you how to cook. l know that you are cook better than me. I just do not want people to learn the wrong way to cook Thai cuisine. Thank you so much for making Thai cooking channel.

When I get my short lesson for cooking my favourite menu that we did is green Thai curry that Ive choose to cook when we have team competition and we won it.,I love green curry.this is exactly the ingredients, we make our own green curry too.
