Like always it depends. Pattaya is famous for it’s nightlife, low cost of living, tourism and beaches. But if you dig below the superficial surface the city os a vibrant place with a greay buzz and full of energy. Pattaya presents to it’s visitor many freedoms, it is a place where a man, devoid of the usual structure and routine of his life, can make his own music.
