Wow, you had me with the rib meat (which looked gorgeous), but then you made the peanut sauce! Man, my mouth was watering at this point. Then you made that delicious and colorful salad mix. I've never seen a prettier salad mix!! Holy cow, did that look like my kinda sandwich!!! Did I say Wow? Wow!!!! Thumbs Up Greg!!! You nailed this one brother!!!

consider my mind blown! how did i miss this one?!?! there's a Thai sandwich shop about 20 mins from me, so i'm pretty familiar with the theme here... i'd say you nailed it! i HAVE to try making this. your enthusiasm was hilarious, but understandable. AMAZING!

George Hill Mood plays a huge role of course. I was super, super happy with this sandwich and my wife loved it. I think the Butter Burger I did was insane! Not very healthy, but man... I killed that thing after I shut down my cameras. Just standing in my patio. REALLY good!

907Lopez As far as charcoal is concerned I usually use lump charcoal. When I really need consistent and predictable burn time, I use regular briquettes.
