❤ I truly enjoy seeing how lovingly they prepare their food. My grandmother was half Native Hawaiian and half Portuguese. I remember so many of her recipes. I am the oldest grandchild out of 27 grandchildren 😢 I miss her daily. She taught 😢me to weave fishing nets, crochet, and use herbs as medicine. Not only that, but how important family is to each other. ❤ Thank you for all the wonderful recipes and people. 🎉 sending much love to you from North Carolina, USA.

Gotta love pad kaprao! The true thai national food! Very versatile, easy to make (but hard to master), it's something we eat almost everyday here in Thailand!

For Thai garlic is tiny, sometime they crashed and chopped it together with soft shell. You can eat garlic shell.

You can eat garlic shell, it make smell good because Thai garlic has soft shell and smaller than Chinese garlic, so they do not remove soft shell but chop it in tiny pieces.
