The grilled banana should eat with the coconut syrup. I think the seller is about to dip it but you quickly grab it from the tray. Try again next time. The coconut syrup with grilled banana is amazing.

Whatever you heard before coming to Thailand, please leave it behind. Bargaining on some places looks not polite and defining who you are. Please aware on that. I believe all products and services are ‘value’ for money but not ‘cheap or poor’ . Hope you enjoy your time in Thailand. The seller giving the free sample and hope you enjoy it even not buying. They have to earn money for their family too. Have a good day 😊

Food courts in most shopping malls in Thailand. They usually let you buy cards or coupons. You don't have to buy to fit the price of the food or drink. If you still have value left on your card, you can exchange it for cash at the cashier.

It was my first time that came across to this type of payment, not sure why this place doing this way, all the other places accept cash.

@@MrABroad Restaurants that come to sell in the mall have an agreement to share a percentage with the area owner. Therefore, buying a cash card or coupon and using it to buy food and drinks. The department store can know the sales and percentage that the department store will receive. Another way, the department store will consider which restaurants sell a lot and let them continue to exist. As for which restaurants have low sales, they will find other restaurants to sell instead. Therefore, food prices in department restaurants are higher than in general markets. Because must share a percentage of sales with the area owner.

Food court in shopping mall, Most of all main food it's use card coupon but around of court my be some snacks or appetizer use cash only depend on department store

The first person to think of this was a tall woman. An elderly woman named Bin. In Thai people, old women say PA = aunt +Name Bin =Nicname Pabin, then it was changed to Babin= Cryzy until today.@@MrABroad
