By a regular steamer that has holes on the bottom of the pot. that works good as well.

If you like this dessert, Helen Vietnamese shows the ingredients, recipe and demonstration on how to make this delicious dessert. I was able to make it at home after watching her videos. She actually uses mung bean powder.

LodChong in Thailand,,but in Indonesia it called CENDOL or DAWET.. :)

its different!!! Coz.for the cendol use topioka flour but for Thai Lodchong use rice flour..very testy

MissJoss Wood but indonesia has many types of cendol recipe.... they use rice flour, or tapioka flour, or mungbean flour..but all of them was called cendol/dawet
