If possible don't blend them but use the old fashion way to pound them coarsely. It tasted totally different. A Thai restaurant used to pound but later they blended it, the business dropped so much.

Can I ask this dipping sauce to use for hot shot(extremely spicy shrimp in yum sauce)?

jackie yeung Hi Jackie - do you mean hot shot the brand? I am not familiar with that, but just googled it and found it. I have never tried those sauces so not sure. This recipe is very spicy though! :)
