Very delicious looking meal. Great camera shots. Also Jacob, just a thought, do you think about perhaps showing “how,” this food is attained? Like showing the fishing process or anything? If that’s too violent and/or graphic than I totally get that but some dishes could show that.

That’s a great idea! We’d love to document the fishing/hunting/raising processes but they’re not super easy to find. But that’s definitely in the plans!

I eat it all the time in bkk it's not even salty inside the flesh, only the skin is salty but other than that the sauce gives the great flavor
