Korat looks incred! Heard good things about the dried mango! Those dishes, the snails and the jumping shrimp are something we read about for the specialities in Isaan, definitely knew the cuisine probably wouldn't be a vegetarian friendly - so glad you guys ate them and we got the experience without ever eating it! Haha!

Korat is a food paradise for sure! Some of the best night markets we’ve ever been to. Think you guys would love the dried mango. Haha there’s lots of papaya salad here and mushroom laap too

Wooooohooooo....another interesting food hunting vlog. The 3 night markets are indeed massive and full of street food. Envy seeing you both having a fun time walking, browsing and hunting for delicious food around the markets. There's quite a big crowd....very lively. Sad that we in Malaysia are facing a no ending MCO. Cases are surging...almost 7K for the past week and an alarming death rate too. Anyway, thanks for showing and sharing with us lsaan food. Wow!!! what a huge food playground. Although, there are all kind of weird food but some looks healthy too, like the fresh dancing shrimp salad. What an amazing place..

Food playground is a great way to describe it! A lot of the food in Isaan is healthier we’ve noticed. Lots of grilled options, fresh herbs, laab, salads, etc

NBK Market had some great stuff too. That's crazy they have a food section and clothing section. We would stick in the food area. All the markets there seem pretty hectic, but an awesome experience. Thanks for taking us with you and have an awesome day! 💖🌛🥰😘

The grilled chicken with fried garlic over charcoal….. that must be heavenly eats right there . Same here I agree with Greg charcoal meats can’t be beat .. I might need the shuttle to help me when I get too full and lazy from eating all of the amazing foods at this night market!! Lol The fish with the coconut cream and vegetables sounds amazing . I would like to try the snails too. Love snails … Excellent episode guys 🌟

Oh man, never had snail before. Jumi looks like she is an expert on getting those suckers out. Good to see that the markets are opening up since the pandemic. I bet these guys got hit very hard. That shrimp salad was nuts. At least you know that that those shrimps are fresh. With your videos I realize I have so much more different type of food to try.

Ahhh you should try snail sometime! We were lucky to be here at this time because things are bad in other regions of Thailand with restrictions and cases. Loved the dancing shrimp salad! We love to highlight all the different foods out there

The traditional grilled cake you guys tried, made us want to try it as well. Isaan's arepa, that's a good description 👍. I hope we can find it here. There are a couple of Isaan restaurants here in Melb, need to look for one if they have it.

Yes. The dried mango is the healthy version of the fruit rollups. Right on with that shuttle. These guys have the right idea, especially for people who are too full to walk. Haha

That dancing shrimp salad, oh man!! That's insane. Haha so funky! So the shrimps were literally still alive when they mixed them with the salad. So fascinating, I want to try but I know I will be nervous eating it too. Haha. Good job guys on finding this delicacy. It's one of a kind 👏

That chicken made me think about frog legs in Croatia, must smell delicious grilled in the charcoal. That street market does look quite different, wow even a shuttle. Love that egg roll, and I was going to say similar to arepa.

Haha Disneyland for food is a great way to describe it! We had so much fun with Tah - was nice to hang out together. Haha nope - I experimented letting it grow long about 5 years ago and it gets too messy - will keep it around this length. I keep the backpack on me most of the time and if not, it is right in my sight.

Thank you for sharing your travel journey to Isaan! Never heard of this part of Thailand before and got me googling about this place already. I wonder when we, Malaysians can travel again. Isaan food is one of our favorites too. Our local Thai restaurant that yen n I have been going to for years, the family is from isaan. These night markets look awesome so much authentic local tastes like that mango 🥭 roll up n the lemongrass snails 🤤😍 The sound and vibe is something that we miss so much nice one capturing the atmosphere 👍

These night markets looks so good. Hoping my kids gets to experience this sometime. Never had chicken feet before, maybe I'll try it one day. One day whenever you travel to SE Asia! You should definitely try chicken feet next time you go to dim sum. We’ve been using the second camera we usually use for b roll to film more lately. We like how it turns out. Thank you for noticing and appreciating that! Totally agree that it is nice to switch things up a bit

That NBK night market is open every night?? That's amazing. you could go every night and still not try every vendor. The outside kinda reminded me of French Market in NOLA.

Are they hoping around in the bowl? Haha I thought it was her stirring that was making them fly all over the place. Had to rewind a couple of times. Dancing shrimp salad. Interesting that they stay translucent after cooking it.
