hello dijju, dherai ramro recipe. tara euta kura bhanchu hai ma, naramro na mannu hola. chutney lai pickle bhandena. chutney is chutney in english or you can just call it sauce. Pickles arent interchable hamro nepali achar ra chutney haru sanga.

Is this momo chutney? What's the brown powder at the end? How long can it be kept?

No this is not a momo chutney , this is a tomato chutney, which is authentic thakali food. You can store it for around 2 days, the brown powder that used is called sichuan pepper powder. 🙏
