For a long time I wanted to give KZfaq a shot. Many things held me back, ultimately my biggest deterrence was myself.
Today I share a little backstory on the channels that helped me personally, as well as inspired me to finally start KZfaq. Although this milestone may seem small to most, it means the world to me. I’ve never had a creative outlet such as making videos of things I love, so it has been life changing for me. Thank you to the content creators for always being themselves and giving the world their creations. Thank you to each and everyone of you who subscribed, commented, watched my videos, and messaged me personally.

Looks like a great channel here Mr Negroni! My Fave John Mayer song is "Queen of California", the first song on the some say bonus album when we thought there'd be no more Mayer due to his voice. Album cover art also features a pocket watch, which validates the fact that he's the man!

Very inspirational. Going so low and then pushing yourself up. Bravo, Chapeau, Move up and up,...It proves to me, a watch is much more than a bunch of metal parts in a small space that can tell the time....watches are different and the love for watches is something different as well.. Staring at a watch flat on your back in pain....to get a second of relief...wow...!

We need more creators like this. Watch YT is being taken over by grey market dealers trying to tempt you to spend your money with them and it reeks of dark goings on in the background of them scratching each others backs, especially as they get complacent and things start to become obvious. I for one want more appreciation for channels such as Bark & Jack, WatchGringa and TTWC keep doing what you're doing Chris, I know it can be hard to keep putting out content and thinking of fresh things to do, but just keep putting stuff out there, and we will enjoy it!

I don’t have a lack of ideas, the bottleneck is just me. Writing, shooting, and editing takes time when it’s only you. Plus I can be lazy sometimes so I need to keep myself in check.

Love the videos so far! I had the same back injury (with surgery twice) and know how frustrating it is when you can’t stand or worse, play with your kids. Glad you are doing better now. Favorite Mayer song is slow dancing in a burning room.

Exactly 😞 most people take their health for granted until they don’t have it. I really felt that when you mentioned playing with your kids. My daughter was still at that age where I loved throwing them in the air and watching them laugh and smile. And not being able to do that for a bit was just terrible 😣 take care of yourself!

Carry me away. Love it I’m going through the same journey. I couldn’t walk 8 months ago. I’m going to see a orthopaedic consultant later this month then hopefully surgery soon. It’s been really really bad. I’ve gone from cycling up to 120 miles in a day and climbing two of the highest peaks in the UK to barely getting off the sofa to answer the front door. Steroids have been an incredible blessing and I managed to get to Kenya to do a volunteering trip recently. Glad you’re doing good. I hope to get there.

Hey Martyn, I’m very sorry to hear you are going through it right now. Reading your story immediately brings me back to that pain. It’s awful, but there are many people who will deal with back pain. Just know you are not alone. And also something I needed to remind myself was that one day the pain will be gone. I know when you’re going through it, it feels like it will never stop. My recommendation also get a book by Stuart McaGill called “Back Mechanic”

@@Mpayne1472 that was frustrating for me because Ortho, surgeons, and PTs all had different explanations and different plans. They only know how to deal with this stuff with the tools they had. I really hope that plan works for you 👍🏼
