What you want to inspect isn't so much the budget (forecast of taxpayer funds they plan to spend) but the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (usually known as the CAFR) which outlines exactly what taxpayer's funds have been spent on... Rogue Nation uses CAFR to great effect showing govt officials stealing taxpayer funds by using govt issued credit cards for personal spending on bills, holidays, gifts & travel etc. and often amounting to tens of thousands and more. The CAFR is a window on corruption where financial misuse, fraud & theft from taxpayers are revealed Your professional & polite approach, your knowledge and your ability to express your rights while standing your ground calmly pits you in the rockstar category The clumsy cop accidentally breaks your equipment but takes no responsibility what so ever... no acknowledgement of her actions, no apology, no attempt to make restitution but she did try to pretend she didn't damage your equipment and then to dissuade you from seeking remedy by referring you to her sergeant (rather than self reporting) in the clear expectation sarge would be able to scare you off... It's clear this sovereign citizen also expects the taxpayers will cover the cost should the police department not be able to ignore, intimidate or dissuade you from seeking restitution

The First Lady in blue has the textbook attitude I would expect from someone who works for the public and is in the know about cameras etc. From someone like her that WASN’T 100% fully aware of everything happening and couldn’t pick out silence boy 1st amendment from a line up she handled it as beautifully as a DOCTER !
