I saw the notification and nearly bursted into tears- had to quickly check Soompi to make sure they still hadn't officially disbanded.. *sigh* The last thing I need is for SNSD to disband after I already lost my other ulti bias female group (2NE1). They're the only ones I have left, man.. I don't know what will happen in the future, whether some of the girls do indeed leave and they become OT5, but I am also extremely thankful. I'm thankful for each and every member that we were able to get to know and love- all *9* of them.

i'm a quiet subscriber but i've watched you since i got into snsd in 2011 and i can say you are probably the first kpop youtuber i ever got into. i remember watching all your reactions and your unboxing videos, i even purchased their genie album (my first kpop album) after hearing how good you said it was lol. i know this is mega cheesy but you've played a pretty big part of my kpop journey so i just want to thank YOU for helping me get into this amazing girl group because my life really wouldn't of been the same without them, and you!!! 💕

Sone are grateful and supportive for the past ten years and whatever is to come. If they are still Snsd then we are still sone, whether or not they've disbanded, come together as 5, 8, or 9 we will always be there.

FIRST I was waiting for your response. After following them for 5 years, I can honestly say I'm not mad now, and I won't be mad if snsd decides to disband anytime soon. I swear I told myself that if anything happens to SNSD, I was done with Kpop for a while. SNSD was my introduction to the world of kpop and have introduced me to sooooooo many groups that I love now. I feel like if anything, SM should give them their own label like they did with Super Junior where they can manage their own careers. Shinhwa does it as well along with Highlight (formally Beast) along with Brown Eyed Girls (though they don't own a company, they're under one label as a group and other companies for individual activities) Its possible and I hope that's what happens with them. Last I read SM is still talking to them so maybe they will resign or partially sign idk. I just hope everything works out for them cause I love GG

"GG is irreplaceable...iconic...legendary" You just said something that is true. Girls' Generation is a group that we should call legends. The influence that they had on the K-pop world is massive. They are one of the reasons why K-pop has become global. They are the reason why I got into K-pop on the year 2010. I will always support and love them. They are queens. Some people may not think the same, but to us SONEs, GG is our queens.

I don’t mean to be a stick in the mud but when a group/label in Kpop says they aren’t disbanding, with in the next year, they disband. It has happened so many times to many groups and I wouldn’t be surprised if this is the same case. I hope for all the best for them no matter which way they go and keep on giving it their all. Nothing but respect for Girls’ Generation and everything they brought to the sub genre; legends in every sense of the word.

I'm Korean and I have been kpop fan more than 20 years so you can believe what I say. Shinwha's case is VERY different and complicated, I need to write an essay to describe how they work. GG can never be like that in this situation, so please do not hope that 8 members will gather together. It will just dissapoints you guys.

Girls' Generation has been on the scene for such a long time (wich is rare), that I'm not shocked they're now putting an end to it. Even though this news left me heartbroken, I still feel happy that Tiff, Sooyoung, and Seohyun wants to pursue the things they really want to do and explore. I'm sad but I'm really proud of them.

I've been with Dylan for a long time now and it really hurts my heart to see Dylan feeling this way because I do feel the same way. Girls' Generation has been a big inspiration to me even if I stan different groups, they will always have a big part in my heart. and yes, I have only seen Girls Generation once and I cried a lot and that was the time the were already 8 members because Jessica left. Dylan has been the best SONE I have ever known in the KZfaq industry because he has taught me and made me smile with his videos about the SNSD and given us a lot of information about them and update us about our girls. but then again, When I found out about SNSD, I Immediately thought of Dylan's reaction with the things that is happening. I even checked my Genie Dance Cover from 2012 and guess what, when it was announced It was the anniversary of my Dance Cover. It was my first ever K-Pop dance that I have learned and made a cover of and I bursted in to tears knowing that the 3 left and even my bias left. It's still SNSD Tiffany, it's still SNSD Sooyoung and it's still SNSD Seohyun. Heck, Tiffany inked her skin with SNSD. SNSD isn't disbanding, it's just a start of a new era. SNSD is still here, they will forever be. I am really proud of these girls, SNSD is the group that got me into Kpop, they are my UB group and I was hoping for this day never coming, but they have a right to choose what they want and don't. I hear you, Dylan. SNSD has been a big part of my life for nearly a decade. I own everything they've released in any territory. The biggest impact? I made a friend and we bonded over watching SNSD concert DVDs. We eventually went on a first date to a Korean restaurant and they were playing the IGAB album (it had just been released) and that made everything feel so right. This guy happily let me spaz and fangirl over the group. It was him who texted me with the news that Jessica had left. We always played their music on long drives. A few years later, purely by chance, we ended up getting married on 5th August (SNSD's anniversary - it was the first date available at our chosen venue). If we hadn't bonded over SNSD initially, would we even be married now?! SNSD...girls...I got a boy because of you. A husband. Thanks for your videos, Dylan. They've always made me smile.

I love how your so understanding of SooYoung, Tiffany, and SeoHyuns decision on not resigning with SM. Most of my friends are Sones like you and they blame SM for the 4 members not being in the group. I'm not a hard core Sone, I love their music Mr.Taxi was the first song I heard from them, my life was depressing first year my parents divorced, didn't fit in at school till one day at after school, me listening to Vocaloid I see Lens cover of Mr.Taxi in the description it says Girls Generation were the original artists I decided to look it up and I loved it. Though I have moved to fandoms like BTS and I'm new to Got7, SNSD always has that special place in my heart, though Jessica wasn't my bias nor were the other three, I was heartbroken to hear they were no longer be with SM or SNSD. I will continue to show love and support for the group for what ever they decide but my friends not so much..... They blame SM but I don't, I know the management is wacked but they can't make the members stay if they don't want to. Thank you for showing your support with Girls Generation, I hope they disband but hey, we can't control it. I still can listen to their music and enjoy it ^^

As soon as I clicked the video I started crying, they weren't the first kpop group I ever heard (that was wonder girls, rip) but they were the groyp that really got me hooked on it. They said they were disbanding, but it kind of feels like since so many members are gone now. I want them to live happily, but I feel like part of me is leaving as well, this was a huge my life for 10 years, and to never get to hear a new TTS song breaks my heart, I just wish everyone could stay together forever.
