This console is selling Nintendo games without the legal authority. He is promoting this console.... Nintendo are VERY protective of their games and distribution. They have emulators in correctional facilities believe it or not. And there not that bad and in Chi IL inmates get ps3 and Xbox 360s anything without wifi connection. They remove wireless features and u can only play certain games no shooter, no fighting.
