Populate actually couldn't have targeted the treasure - it only works on creature tokens.

After research, Populate works only on creatur token so only the smothering tithe trigger can result in a new token generated after destrucion of all the previous dog

Even if Blake would have killed Ben's commander he would have just cast it again. With his 7 treasures. He still would die to Gina not paying for smothering tithe regardless.

wouldnt ghalta, jinnie, and ojer taq make 45 dogs? cause ghalta triggers makes 5 vampires, ojer sees this and triples it to fifteen, Ben decides to make those fifteen into dogs instead of vamps with jinnie, and ojer, seeing a new ability making tokens, triples it again? wouldnt change the outcome but would have been death on attack declaration

No, you only apply each replacement effect once per effect. Ojer replaces the token creation for triple the amount, then Jinnie replaces the tokens by dogs, and that's it. Replacing the vampire tokens by dog tokens doesn't suddenly make it a new effect that Ojer would see again.

Funny the Moment when Ben explain what could Happen if the Nesting Dovehawk didn't get Exile by deadly Rolick and everything he is explaining is wrong xD. He don't have any CREATURE TOKEN to Populate xD because he can only populate creature token and not treasure ;)

Wouldn't Ben be making 9 dogs from the treasure? One treasure turns into 3 turn into dogs turns into 3 each?

Replacement effects can only affect an event once. You apply Jinnie’s replacement effect to replace a Treasure with a Dog, then Ojer Taq’s ability will replace that Dog with triple that many. Also, Ojer Taq can only double creature tokens, so it can never apply to the Treasures on their own.

Kind of a nombo Blake did with Decree of Pain and Void Walker.... He would only draw 1 card for Voidwalker, everything else gets exiled instead so the dies triggers doesn't happen :(

They're not dies triggers, both because it's not a trigger and because Decree says draw for each creature destroyed and not each creature that dies

I never said illegal in commander. Like all other Universes Beyond cards, not be legal in Magic's Standard format. so yes universe beyond cards are illegal.@@lucatirelli545
