Would a belt and pulley setup work? Offset the hydraulic motor, put a large pulley on the motor, and a smaller pulley on the blower. Probably cheaper than another motor and adds a bit of give to the system to prevent damage. Just a thought.

Should put gas motor back on . Flow differs from tractor according to year and model.

Hey buddy you can get what they call love joy couplings with different shaft sizes they have a rubber piece that goes between the couplings

Just find out what speed you want and then get the right pulleys to achieve it. Have a great day.

It's an easy fix put a big sprocket on the pump and a small sprocket on the fan run it with a double chain

Mcmaster-Carr has machinable couplers. 1" keyed shaft on one side and the other side can be drilled out to 7/8.

I would talk to your hydraulic shop. Most shops can get you any variation of motor. If you know the Rpms and oil flow they can make it work

Gust move the pump over and ether run it chain drive of belt drive to speed it up that way u can save some money

Also I know alot of people don't know about it. But if u have a steel mill around you can get bulk slag ( what it's called at AK STEEL by me.) But you can get the stuff for $3 a ton. I wouldn't use it as a foundation but if u need material you can get a shit load for pennies on the dollar. So many farm Lanes around here have the slag under there lime stone.

I think most small engines like that are governed to 3600rpm.

find out what the volume is on the 700.00 pump and compare it to the one you have. sometimes them pumps have restrictors in them that you can change out or some that you can just turn them up

Like others said chain/pulley/gear from motor to blower shaft to speed up the turn rate of the blower spindle. Half jokingly but could you use a variable speed bike gear selector to get various speeds to blower shaft. Only downside is i don’t know if it would last with bumps of field work…

would using a pto pump work to get the volume "pressure" of oil to the motor run blower faster, could also run pto at 1000. if 540 doesn't make the volume "pressure"

The return off the hydraulic motor should be ran back to case drain so you don't over heat hydraulic fluid

Why not just bandclamp a vinyl hose to it? Cut for length for the manure fill up.

5, 10 years ago you (or the state?) planted cover crop (i don't know what exactly) using a helicopter before you harvested the corn. I have it on video somewhere and then a Park Ranger ruins the shot yelling at me to not get too close right after someone involved in that work already told me to stay put. Anyway do you still do that? Was it not cost effective Would be a good video for your page views.

Stop stop stop. Rework what you have and use pulleys and a belt to gear up the speed you need. You can also use a automotive serpentine belt tensioner to tension the belt then all you have to figure out is the correct pulley sizes and pulleys are cheaper then pumps and the. You can make any pump run the speed you need and it’s solves the Different shaft sizes. Just rebuild what you have and save money
