Someone started a rumor at my old summer camp that the camp didn't buy bug juice but actually mixed food coloring, bug guts and water and that was why we drank it in plastic cups. Some group of kids got so paranoid that they snuck into the kitchen at 1am and raided the fridge. It was actual bug juice I'm guessing but they said that they saw bug guts in jars and literally no one wanted drink it anymore. So basically those kids got sent home from camp and the camp owners had a whole announcement to say that they actually bought bug juice and they started to just vive to us in the plastic bottles so nobody would get suspicious again.

I was a ITC (in training councilor) at a summer camp. Me and my mentor were tasked with taking care of preteens and early teens. The worst part is most of the kids were either those sexist sports kids or those taki kids who cursed way to much. The only kids that were actually good at any of the activities was the kids who have actually been disciplined in a good way.

nahh bc we actually caught 2 counselors doing the deed with each other but one of them already had a bf WHO WAS THERE AT THE CAMP TO BRING HER A SWEATER MIGHT I ADD. and when that same day 3 other kids caught them (the counselors) making out she said that they had to break up with him for her. camp was wildd😭
