For no reason they made him seem weaker in this game. It was frustrating how strong they made miles feel (I love miles btw) and having him always save Peter. I also didn’t like how easy they made the Peter boss.

Just wanna address this, Peter is stronger and has a better spider sense than Miles as Miles can camo and use electric powers which Peter don't have, in a gameplay perspective there is no way to seperate both characters other than a unique moveset

To answer your question about the fire: insomniac (or Bryan intihar) actually confirmed that they basically nerfed fire to the symbiote so it can’t hurt venom in their universe. But sounds still work on him.

To be fair...isn't pretty much EVERYONE weak to fire? I mean...it is a pretty COMMON weakness. You really have to start looking for capes that are IMMUNE to fire rather than weak. I mean, Spidey is weak to fire...both of 'em...heck, Wolverine is technically weak to fire. Not Firestar...or the Human Torch...or the Thing...but those are specific cases. Everyone else? Yeah...unless you are protected (like Iron Man, or Dr Strange) you are getting toasted.

Man this episode of your Gameplay journey of Spider-Man 2 was the most insane one that we starting to see more violence in for a Teenager level game with blood showing. 😬 just make you think on how the “Marvel’s Wolverine” game might be as it’s a Mature rated game and have crazy content to watch and play. Also fun fact, I heard that during this part with Venom spreading his abilities is a nod to a comic book called “Absolute Carnage” as it show’s elements of Venom spreading his parasitic abilities to the world. Or possibly this moment speaks out of being “Spider-Man: Web of Shadows” which that game take place during the Ultimate Timeline without Miles in the game. As you play as Peter to save or destroy NYC with Venom Powers at your side.

Playing as Venom was the best part of this game, you feel invincible as him. It was so satisfying killing Kraven because he annoyed the hell out of me when you had to fight him as Peter but I got to respect how Kraven went out, his monolog during the fight with Venom was so chilling and badass
